Not sure I would qualify for "big cawk" (maybe 'bigger cawk?').
I doubt I would impress the 'size queens' on the board who lust after being harpooned by the legendary 'Moby-Dick(s)' (12" or more?).
But yeah, happy to be bigger.

so IF I lose 35 pounds I need to install these hair catchers in the shower or be a goner,
IF I lose another 35 I probably have to enter the room twice before people see me ...
Hey, everything for another couple inches right ????
Very useful information, I think I am fine where I am , ok 10 pounds to get into better fucking shape, but that's it...

Fun2cum ...you do look amazing on the tantra chair LOL , you already look good (amazing) naked lol
Check Total Tranformation program with Kat James at informedbeauty.com
schmandy - there is nothing like excellent nutrition that will not raise sugar levels, also stress is important (sex is relaxing and lowers cortisol levels), less cortisol smaller tummy and bigger penis ....
I should have started .....do you want a larger penis? Loose the weight ....LOL
Check this program - best nutrition and lifestyle.
This food industry is killing us with GMO, gluten laden crap, corn syrup and multiple additives and synthetic food ingredients that are not good for our body like nature intended.
Some people have large midsection because of stress and excessive carb intake. Also there is no need for medications. Some of you take Lipitor that is pure poison for your liver. Antibiotics kills your immune system by destroying lipase and digestive enzymes and in turn make you fat by not allowing you to digest you foods (vitamins, minerals and nutrients in general). The average person start the day with a carbohydrate meal that destroy their day causing a sugar spike that will make them eat more and feel fatigue all day long.
Meditation (decrease stress), great nutrition (best food, high quality foods), happy thoughts and sex and a declared war with prescription medications is all we need to be healthy .....just saying ...

I already responded to the thread you posted in the "Business Services" forum that I think it's a bad idea to not take antibiotics. I don't want you to think that I'm attacking you personally, but saying that lower cortisol levels = smaller tummy is quite a stretch; there seems to be a lot of pseudoscience here, and it's a little scary.
Prolonged elevated cortisol levels are probably best avoided to be sure, but I'd be willing to bet that it's more likely that as a whole, people tend to eat more when they're stressed, which leads to weight gain. The bottom line is: caloric deficit is really the only way to lose weight. And to quote the Princess Bride, "Anyone who says differently is selling something."
I do agree with you, though, that if you can manage it, healthy balanced nutrition is best. And maintaining a sustainable weight loss plan is not as simple as going on a diet; it does require a lifestyle change.

Schmalty
You are so right!
And thank you for engaging in this intelligent conversation ......I don't take anything personally .... I don't judge or trying to impose my views ...I am just exposing what I know to be true in my realm....
Lifesryle is key .....daily behavior and habits that will sustain a healthy physique
Diet..is a four letter word, a "diet upgrade" is what allows us to make better food choices.
You do not need to buy anything to be healthy, just walking shoes and organic GMO free foods. And when we travel is a challenge but we can bend the rules a little. Luckily when we travel to most countries we eat "real foods" not this synthetic crap.
I am going to India in two days and I will try foods and know they are GMO free, (May get Delhi belly) but I have my grape seed oil, oregano and Ayurveda (and a little Cipro just in case)
My personal doctor is a functional medicine doctor, Harvard educated that understands and practices what she preaches.
The problem with medications is that should be use to correct medical conditions for a short time, not be pArt of our daily routine. As they get absorbed in our stomach, broken down by acis and enzymes and metabolized by our liver ...they are very powerful and in the process may cause a "bit" (bit is an understatement) of damage.
Again eat healthy, organic if you can afford it, sleep well, meditate, have sexy times, be happy and you will be ok...
Shayla I know boobs shrink, but we are all made in all sizes and there are good plastic surgeons that can help while they are working in a solution to " enhance" some parts of our bodies with our own harvested growth cells.... Love and light

Very true -- to some extent. I do NOT follow any strict diet. I eat what I want when I want to, but do not do it to excess. That is the secret, not organic, not gluten-free, not "real foods" IMHO.
I am 68, perfect blood pressure, resting heart rate of 46, body fat of about 12%. Haven't had a sick day in decades. How do I do it? Aerobic exercise 6 days a week and weight training 4 days a week -- maybe 10 hours of exercise in total. I certainly sleep well because I push myself hard -- although not as hard as I did when I was younger.
Yes, diet AND exercise are the keys to a healthy, fit body. And I certainly agree that establishing a daily behavior and habits. But you don't have to avoid foods you like and eat specific types of food in order to obtain that goal.
And you don't have to pay $3,000 for that.

Shayla, I'm sure your boobs are good whether big or small. Guess I'm not a "T" man but more of an "A" man - there's something for everyone on a woman's body, no?
Monica, you are so true about finding healthier options for what we eat in this country. I was far healthier when I lived in E. Europe and ate organic food daily.
I'd add that yoga and the 'ozone gym' (of which there is only one in Austin) along with weight training and Pilates have helped me lose weight, detoxify and rebuild my body. And I'm starting to train for my first marathon with friends from work (I've always hated running....).
And Jager, if you *are* a dude (I'm still wondering about you), there's plenty you can do to enhance your cock and it's size. It'll take research and work but what you want is attainable (but sounds like your particular fetish is *having* a small unit, lol).
