My $.02. This is based on experience with Greek with maybe a dozen ladies over the years, as well as with a number of ladies that I've gotten to know well enough, who are veterans of the hobby. Of those currently providing Greek, 75%+/- indicated they were not newcomers. I've never asked "how many and for how long a time?"
No one has ever told me they didn't do Greek because they, or someone they knew, found that their sphincter was loosing functionality.
