Lol indeed, my lady! You would have a laugh if you saw the serious maths Grocery chains invest in theory, e.g. Queuing Behavior, because their profits depend partly on how many cashiers they would need to call in on various days of the week, at any given hour, so as not to make customers grumpy. Of course, Aldi's does not think this way but Wegman's SURELY does! I do notice a lot of the Wegman's spirit in some, with respect to the TCB angle, and more of the Aldi's in others! Perhaps instead of Wegman's, I should have used the Hertz motto, which is admirable for all small business owners, "We try harder"? What say you?!!!
