I had an appointment, but my car wouldn't start when I went to leave. I texted her immediately and she understood, but what I thought was a simple fix ended up taking the rest of the day, so I ended up changing the time thrice on her. She got pissed and said that's not how she does business and then blacklisted me.
I saw her during her previous visit and it went great. She even thanked me for a quick and painless screening process. I was also on time and freshly showered. Everything was on point. Is that not worth something?
Of course, she has every right to be annoyed. I just thought blacklisting me was rather extreme.
I'm mainly just venting, but if there's one takeaway - and obviously this goes for every provider - don't piss her off.
