I texted her the reference number about 5:30 last night and got a thank you back.

I'm thinking she just didn't get out last night and will pick it up today.

im happy to see people helping her... i am not in the position to help financially but i did offer her to help in any other way that i can.

for some people isolation is the only way to deal with stuff like this... ive been thinking about her a lot and i hope she is okay..,

Just a quick update: I've confirmed that the assailant did indeed commit suicide. For complicated reasons, this has only made matters worse for Ashlee. By tomorrow, she will be in good hands receiving the help she needs, by her own volition or not. Please be patient regarding communications to her or help that you've sent her.

I'd imagine by now her inbox here is full with concerns and well wishes. Maybe the mods can make sure she has a high enough limit to keep them in there for her? (if she ever comes back to this community)

I posted this elsewhere, so mods if it is against the rules to post your own words in multiple places, please point me and remove-

I have been through a LOT, but I can't even imagine the weight this would put on someone. To go through what she did and then find out the guy DID kill himself after...

I mean, I know a part of her would want nothing less... but it adds to the loss of justice and if she is even half human, she wouldn't wish that on anyone... regardless of what he did to her.

Every single one of us needs to reach out to her...

I want to say thank you to everyone for all the help and support. It means alot to me right now after my recent experience. I apologize for my bad communication. I do check my emails and pms often it is just trying to get me to respond to them thats a problem. It's nice to see that I do have people behind me through this and I can't explain to you how much I appreciate it. Im trying to make everyday a new day and just be thankful im here still. I do believe I need alot of proffesional help and as hard-headed as I am S.J has been able to deal with my trouble-ness and he is still here trying to help me.
I wish I could just act as if all never happened but it seems almost impossible. I have trouble sleeping sometimes or through the night. I do understand a little how this isn't my fault and I did nothing wrong, but sometimes I cant help but question the reasoning to why it happened. I hope to get this past me and be able to move on but I realize only time heals. Plz Keep in touch and i will work harder with my communication. I hope all is great and keeping safe. : ) I miss you all and thank you again.

Your first priority has to be to take care of yourself.

After that, everything else really doesn't matter too much....

Just realize that bad things to happen to good people. Get all the help you need and stay as positive as possible. It may not seem like it now but it will get better over time.
