This is what I'm referring to. Nonsensical "rules" for the sake of having "rules." A link here is just as public as a link in the Encounters. Any legal action which is trying to be avoided by this nonsense would come against the site as a whole, not certain threads. So if X is okay on one public eccie page, then X is okay on another public eccie page. Makes ZERO difference to anyone, or any law, EXCEPT to the moderators.

You think the FBI is going, "Well, as long as the mods are keeping the links in the right section, we won't FOSTA them." Cut the shit, it's just an ego thing. I get it, being a moderator is a power-trip. Ego-Editing is not helpful to the rest of us, but good for you enjoying yourself here.

I joined eccie to learn and to share info which I feel can help others. To successfully and safely enjoy this hobby, we must all navigate through a covert, risky, and complicated world. I'm grateful to have a brotherhood of not-so-kindred hobbyists looking out for each other.

For the record, I agree with the guy who said Albany is the drizzling shits for providers. Most are flighty, overpriced, below average, and drugged out, even for providers. And when a good one does show up, she's mobbed by every monger around and broken down inside of six months, or her bad habits start taking a toll on her. When I first moved to Albany in summer 2016, it wasn't so bad, but lately, it's been ridiculous. I'm hoping for a new golden age but I'm not holding my breath.

If the "rules" inhibit openly sharing very basic information, or even make it needlessly difficult to share basic info, then the site loses its value. Enforcing such nonsense makes all parties equally culpable. "I'm just following orders," is not an exoneration.

The public link to a provider's ad was redacted. I put the ad link and a "YES." Doesn't get more basic and to the point than that. I originally posted this review in the Encounters section. So it was moved and censored. An ad link with a "yes" has to be the most FOSTA-proof method to publicly review someone.

Anyone who has seen any of my past reviews knows that "YES" means I've seen her; she's real; she's a good time; and she's a legit provider. This is the exact info we come here for. If you start censoring this most basic info, then the whole fucking site is undermined, and reduces eccie to just being an AOL chatroom for horny jackasses.

While I can appreciate your opinion and candor it is your opinion and while you feel the rules are Nonsensical just for the sake of having "rules." They are the rules the site ownership have implemented and they want every member of ECCIE to follow even us power hungry moderators, While I agree with a few of your comments, related to some rules make no sense we are in no position to change them. If the moderators do not follow the rules other moderators or administrators will step in.
Legal or not links posted outside of the encounter form will be disabled, links to porn or nudity will result with a few days vacation these are what all moderators, global moderators and administrators are instructed to enforce.
If you feel strongly about these rules please feel free to contact the administrators or owners, if you can convince them to rewrite the rules, we would enforce those new rules
