that a person had 4-20 employees. The owner would say: WOW! How can I make sure they are able to take care of their families? How can I make sure they have medical? How can I help them?
NOWADAYS there are more how can I avoid paying an employee? How can I serve my company my company my company..
Realistically, most larger companies are owned by the stockholders, right?
When are stockholders going to demand that people be treated properly instead of making that extra buck?
I just don't get it.
I personally think the economy would get better if a living wage was mandated instead of a minimum wage.
