Johnny, I....as I am sure most Eccie posters totally agree...the there is no place for racial slurs.

I honestly feel that what drove viewers to those threads were not people who approve of the racial nonsense.

And of course, I am sure, where many will disagree with me is the "act like adults" thinking. IMO, adults don't always act properly and polite. Wish we lived in a world where it was...but it isn't.

No room at all for racial stuff....but I would let basically the folks act like adults...and sometimes it ain't pretty.
But I'm not the one making those calls...and thank god for that one, I'll have another drink for that one.

OK, OK...enough of my rants. This vkmaster guy is really starting to bother me. And I'll give you a clue about this guy.

His avator has been photo shopped. He does not look nearly as good in person. I am off to figure out how to ignore his sorry ass....opppss was I being to disrespectful???

I just want to apologize if anyone felt I was being rude to them in that thread. I don't feel like I was but sometimes things don't come out the same when you are typing them than how you are thinking it...
So sorry to anyone who I may have offended it was not personal, just trying to let people know where I stand in a civil manner. I do understand that we are all adults here and have a right to our own opinion as well as making our own decisions.
I do my best to be polite and give a reasonable opinion and explain why I feel how I feel no matter what the situation is.. but I am only human and get hot headed too sometimes.

Why do I have a feeling we are about to see a "closed thread"....which of course is the subject of this thread.

I think closing threads, in most cases, only leads to more drama....which isn't the purpose of the "new etiquette" to reduce drama??

Seems to me, the only person MW "insulted" was his own references to him being a non-reviewer as well as his own comment referencing an "attention whore"

Are we now at a point where we get points for insulting our self????

And has the 30 day guide line, in terms of no late posting, has it now change to 3 or 4 days????
