if, as Bonferroni stated, it's taking you away from other pursuits, family and friends, spending more money that you can afford, and/or putting you at financial, mental, medical, or legal risk, then i can see where you'd want to stop fucking around.

but if you just have desires for fucking/sucking and those desires arent negatively affecting your real world life, then consider "portion control" instead of going on a "strict diet" (which usually fail).
set a budget (even to the point of having a stack of 20$) or number of visits and stick to that for whatever time period you set (e.g., 1x a week, 2x a month, 1 a month).

back in my heyday, it was about 1x/week (averaged out thru the year). so far this year, it's about 2x/month. 50% reduction is great :^) ... and the pocketbook is feeling better, too.

bottom line, as Freakaholic stated "Does this truly make me happy?"
if so, figure out what you want and control how much you get.
if not, then step away, far away.

you&me, def arguments on both sides for getting your fill or limiting your delites.

if you want perspective, i suggest you volunteer at any community organization, like n tx food bank, network of community ministries, north dallas shared ministries, stew pot, soupmobile, etc. even toy drives and distributions. seeing how others live might change your view of the world or might not. but it will occupy your time.

and you might find a woman there who wants an NSA hookup :^)
