Millions of single moms go to work every day and have figured out coverage for their children when a baby sitter does not show or the child gets sick. They have back up plans they have other people to do their job.Most of them do not make the money that providers make. So the kid thing is the easy thing they say because we are too feel bad for them. How do we know they even have a kid. This is a business and many times it is not treated like one. I am ok with a cancelation 24 hours or ever 12 hours but 2 to 3 hours seems not professional. It is not fair to the other providers because those funds did it get spent that night on anyone. My favorite is when you respond that you are very disappointed that they canceled less than 2 hours before the appointment they get mad at you.
It almost never happens with someone you see often it is more with some one who you are seeing for the first time. I think last min cancelations of 3 hours or less need to be put on their review board. The same goes for guys under time wasters. Once you have reporting you will have accountability. Now I have beat this dead horse again. Sorry if it got people upset. I am new to the board just trying to fix a problem. Cancellations are a big problem on both sides just as any your providers.

The only time I had a problem with cancellations was when I was frequently visiting a high end east coast market and I was only scheduling an hour session. The reason I was getting last minute cancellations was they had a better offer. So I upped my time to schedule 2 hours or more and solved the problem. Also, having a good reputation here, on D-C, and P411 helps. And, the only time I have canceled on a lady (life does happen), I have rescheduled and honored my commitment to see her.

There is karma in this business. If you treat others as you want to be treated, it will be returned to you.

Many single moms have a more predictable work schedule and use day cares or consistent child care providers. Even then, any employer will tell you that single moms with prescool kids are a very high risk to miss a lot of time and call at 7 AM that they won't be in.

Still, day care businesses are not one deep, and there is no lifeform more unpredictable than teenage girls, the bulk of short notice evening babysitters.

She advertises on Eros and Eccie. Has great reviews on both. The best part of the story was she offered incall when she could not do out call because of her kid. So is the kid going to be in the hotel room with us? Or in the car? Mother of the year nomination.

Second, now it sounds like she was tryinv to accomodate you, find a way to make things work, but you are wanting everything your way.

Babill1234 this is why I advised you against writing such a thread. A lot of drama gets started over providers that many of these hobbyists have never met or seen. Yet they state their opinions as such. Just continue to see me because you are like the best "good friend" I have met in years. And yes I don't use the word client, rather I tend to call the gentlemen who get a chance to experience my company "good friends". All the back and forth is just blah which is why higher end providers don't even fool with the posts on here for we tend to read alerts, our reviews, and post ads when appropriate... Hun I would stick with TER and p411 providers. Most hobbyists are looking for someone to attack which leads me to believe that they aren't applying that same energy to enjoy us providers. Regardless of the case Babill1234 every provider is not going to be as well prepared or amazing like me so stick with what is best... Which is me!!! Call me later sweetheart so we can discuss what we should do together to get this sour taste out of your mouth luv... I'll take the blame for spoiling him over the last three years fellas. I mean I'm always on time with his favorite wine, and I always utilize a very nice incall... I can completely understand why she's so distraught that she stood him up and came up with such excuses. Granted the same happens to us providers but I've spoiled him too well... But he does and has spoiled me every since we've met.

Just check out my showcase lol... You figure out if I'm slow... but I only use this site for Oklahoma, Texas, and Missouri states. I tend to travel more north and east if you cared to know about how busy I am. At Fancys rates she's the one you need to be worried about having slow business...
