to my earlier point, I think it has become a self-fulling prophecy...too many providers get burned thus not trusting anyone...the hobbyist get burned by providers taking advantage of them...thus the perpetuating cycle.

I UNDERSTAND THE HOBBY IS NOT WHAT IT ONCE WAS....BUT MAYBE BY HELPING EACH OTHER IN LITTLE WAYS WILL HELP US ALL IN THE END. Maybe ask one of your good clients if he wants a learning double with you and your friend at no extra (or small extra) rate? That seems like it would be the easiest way, you and he could observe and correct.

Laylonie,

Good question. I believe some of us here do try and help... And some do listen....

The problem is a lot of new people come on and one of 2 things happen

1) Someone screws them over or attacks them and messes it up for the rest....

2) They have an attitude or do not want to listen to good advice....

One of the big reasons I became a mod it to help and a some listen and do well.....

I hope more read this and be a bit kinder to each other and more helpful...

Only real problem I have with guys helping girls get started is that their reviews are usually biased towards the girl. I've seen it first-hand, you get an impression based on her initial reviews then when you see her, she's absolutely nothing like those reviews.....If I was getting a discounted rate so I could promote a new girl with a glowing review...you can figure the rest out. Lots of guys use the "I'm ABC from eccie, I have XX reviews, let me help you" line quite a bit and the new girls fall for it.

I've learned to ignore several known promoters here for just that reason.

Couple points to consider.

1. Those good old guys in the past? Well, time can smooth down the edges and also make one forget the bad things some did to the girls they tried to "help". "Breaking a girl" in or helping her learn the business sounds good on the surface but very few and I do mean very few guys do things for the ladies out of the kindness of their hearts.

A good example of a guy helping a provider was just posted where a client drove to pick up and gal and insure she safely got to her incall.

Many of those who helped in the past oft times expected services that the girls might not want to provide and at rates that would shock many if the truth were told.

Even worse is when a girl decided to try and get away from those helpful guys and on more than one occasion, one or more of them would stalk and harass her so badly so she'd move or even worse, make horrible decisions.

2. Other guys over the years have also tried to help new girls get started. They've run into guys who will trade sessions for reviews, BBFS for reviews, things we can't talk about for sessions, you name it, it happens and has happened.

3. MANY girls think they know more about selling pussy than the guys who have been renting it for decades. Guys who have offered tips on how to screen, how to improve services, better ads, better posting styles etc almost always get met with the "It's my body and my service don't tell ME how to run my business.'

Web pages are a perfect example. There have been rant after rant about music yet the escorts keep putting music on their pages no matter how many guys offer the advice to not do so.

I could go on except I need to go get laid again and then some cold beer served by hot college girls in skimpy clothes.

First of all. Wow. You are absolutely GORGEOUS

Now, to answer your question. It seems to me that new providers quickly move to an hourly rate that experienced and well-reviewed providers charge. Why am I going to pay the same rate for a new provider with no experience or reviews when I can book with an experienced older provider with reviews and experience?

There are certainly many hobbyists who will be willing to do this and I commend them for it. Just not my thing.

I agree that guys should make an effort to afford newbies the benefit of their experience, especially with the younger gals who may have had limited erotic interaction with men in general, quite aside from hobbyists. There are ways to communicate these tips which will not anger or demoralize the novice provider. I visited with you a few times when you were a newbie, and could readily see that you were receptive to my advice and suggestions.

My $0.02 on the subject. I don't hobby just for the exercise. I can get that cheaper at the gym and the dojo. The chance to meet and interact with ladies who are both beautiful and charming is now 60% of the consideration. If we can't laugh together, and enjoy each other's company, then the other is just a pricey workout. I am very upfront at what I like, and actually tell the lady in question that for me, "it is always better to give that receive." I hope that a certain level of mutual exploration/instruction is the beginning of a great session. I always try to learn something from each meeting, even if it's, "I'll never do that again." In this most open/intimate of activities, silence is not your friend.
