Well I can't help you. All those facts are very relevant to "the Ukraine" and help inform people on why not one American should spill any blood or die for a Ukraine disaster that Senile Biden has in large part created

Sadly, many of the countries we protect, don't have money to spend on defense. But I'm sure that there are gifts of access and other things that give us some sort of payback - so to speak. I however do think that if we come into a country to support you militarily, that there should be a direct repayment in some sort of way. I hate to think of the military as mercenaries, but if we don't accept payment, were infidels, and if we do, we are in collusion to get something. We either need to decide what part we play or stop playing.

This as Senile Biden is considering deploying several thousand troops, as well as aircraft and warships, to NATO allies in the Baltics and Eastern Europe (NYT) all to prop up his falling poll numbers. But to expand on that, what I would want to see is a real President in charge, leading from strength like President Trump. While I’m no fan of Biden’s, to be fair there aren’t any good options for dealing with Russian aggression toward Ukraine. Economic and diplomatic sanctions are likely to be ineffective. Military options are likely to be very unpopular and would also likely be of limited effectiveness. Half of Ukraine’s population is supportive (at least to some degree) of the invaders. We have experience (Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan) with fighting a military action in a nation with either a majority or a large minority of the population supporting the enemy; it never seems to work very well, does it?

I would probably impose whatever economic and diplomatic sanctions I could, arm the Ukrainian forces as much as possible, and otherwise stay out of it if I were the President, all the while recognizing that this course of action likely won’t deter the Russian aggression.

CNN now reporting: Biden administration now in final stages of identifying specific military units to send to Eastern Europe to deter Russia. Next steps likely to be prep orders and then deployment orders once final decision several US officials tell CNN.

History is littered with politicians that decided to start dumb wars to distract from social/economic problems in their own backyards. The worse Senile Biden’s numbers get, the more likely he’ll send your kids to war to try and boost his poll numbers. Someone needs to stop him
