the way providers handle their biz is not my concern, but relative salaries is relevant. are you going to tip your lawyer 30%, even though he makes 3 times what you do? how bout your doctor, who makes 5 times what you earn? finally, will you tip your megachurch pastor, who makes 10x what you do?
