... Mate, your thinking on this would be correct
- IF - that is what happened.... And I especially
do agree-with your "can't have the cake and eat it also"
- which is EXACTLY what Miss James is doing.
IF the Trump people "inflated the value" it doesn't
matter - as the banks still lent the money.
And were payed back - as no complaint was made about this.
So the government will then REFUND the OVER-PAYMENT
in taxes - since the value was "inflated" -- Yes?
... But IF the property was valued high and then the
actual value DECREASED - do you think the fake
"Russian/Trump collusion" bullshit HURT the
property values? ... If so - then the government
had a heavy hand in the DE-VALUATION.
Miss James and the government don't get to
play this both-ways, either.

Keep telling yourself that and making excuses for the tangerine turd. What color is the sky in tRumptard world? How many times had faux and other radical right news outlets mislead stories that never come true, yet tRumptards spew back all the shit they keep putting out there.
Look at all the people around tRump that have been indicted, found guilty, plead guilty, and put in jail, yet somehow tRumptards think the tangerine turd is innocent.
So again, give us all a laugh and was watch the tangerine turd getting flushed down the toilet and found guilty on numerous charges.

He can't hide behind the presidency anymore. Sorry you're blinded to the facts. tRumptards will keep listening to the tangerine turd on untruth social and I'm sure faux with Hannity, Carlson, and faux and friends will keep you in the loop to what really is going on so the tRumptards can keep living in their fantasy world.

LOL! Right, the diversity hire ag will likely end up paying his lawyer’s fees like the horseface porn chick. Or maybe she’ll end up in the slammer herself like Creepy Porn Lawyer. Keep dreaming tho, a decade worth of “he’s REALLY done this time” is approaching quickly.

.... Ya know what's funny? ...
That with all your attacks and vile insults to
President Trump and all His supporters - I've NEVER
heard YOU mention the FACT that the "Trump/Russian"
collusion hoax and fake dossier was created by
Hillary Clinton's people.
OR the TRUTH that Trump didn't collude with Russians.
You never mention anything about that.
You just try to hi-jack the thread.
So let's get back on-point and I'll mention
that this case of Miss James is surely going
nowhere... And everybody knows it.

The Trump Foundation was, in fact, taken down through civil litigation. Sure, Agent Orange tried to dissolve it himself to avoid the loss and spectacle, but he failed, still took the loss and impropriety was not only on the record, but affirmed.
So, let's not pretend that a NY AG civil action can't win, or impact the Trump Organization. In fact, the volume of 5th pleading absolutely can bite the Trumps in the ass here. Rmg knows that, which is why he's smiling like a butcher's dog.
That said... to the others... would anyone care to argue that The Trump Organization did nothing wrong? If so, do it on the merits rather than shit talking based on the race, gender or political animus of the AG.
Everyone most certainly does not know that the case is going nowhere. It was never designed to be a criminal case and there's a lower bar to clear here for various shades of victories for the state.
The stronger criminal statues were at the local and federal levels.

Well, it seems that while you racists who are dogging Letia because she's black, want to malign the truth in addition to her. The reality is that Trump has cooked books and is going to have to be able to explain why properties are worth more when getting loans va paying taxes. All the other bullshit you have spouted about his innocence or innuendo of that, is just pure fantasy. Meanwhile the Assembly of several grand juries have been underway.
Fraud is an intentionally deceptive action designed to provide the perpetrator with an unlawful gain or to deny a right to a victim. Types of fraud include tax fraud, credit card fraud, wire fraud, securities fraud, and bankruptcy fraud. Fraudulent activity can be carried out by one individual, multiple individuals or a business firm as a whole.
Likely tax fraud in this case. Imagine that Trump doesn't do anything but break even on his actual holdings for real estate. Meaning that he doesn't earn more in rentals than he does in the actual expense and operation of the building. However if he refinances the building, and does so for $10 million more than he owes, that's $10 million in his pocket and all he has to do is raise the rent enough to cover the new mortgage payments. This overvaluation of real estate, especially in the last 15 years has gone unchecked commercially, since most commercial real estate is either unique, or has increased in value enough to cover a lot of these types of mortgage shenanigans. Since the IRS only taxes people on income, they cannot tax him on the increased debt taken on, so almost all of Trump's income likely comes from refinances, & over finances of mortgages. What's interesting is that debt income such as from the proceeds of a mortgage, are not taxable at all, and it's how many of these people leverage Banks so that they have large sums of cash flow, and as capital valuations increase, they just simply continue to refinance. The only time that this is actually illegal is if you have a stated value of a property for taxation purposes that is below what you've claimed it to be for an appraisal statement for loans.
Some examples of other types of Financial Fraud
Common individual mortgage fraud schemes include identity theft and income/asset falsification, while industry professionals may use appraisal frauds and air loans to dupe the system. The most common investor mortgage fraud schemes are different types of property flipping, occupancy fraud, and the straw buyer scam.
More recently, it's been asserted that Trump took actual gold bars in payment for a lease on a large parking garage he owned, and that there were straw purchases made on properties in New York City and other places using non domestic funds, and then reselling those same properties. This would be an excellent way to clean dirty money. The Russians know all about that, and I'm sure Trump does too. I'm sure Deutsche Bank could corroborate some of these transactions

... Exactly, mate.
So IF Trump and his people "cooked the books" and
"OVER-valued" things - and also seeing-as the banks
and everybody got payed.
So the TAX PAYMENTS are me number #1 concern.
Then I surely cannot wait to see the
State of NY then REFUND the tax OVER-PAYMENTS
that the Trump Organization must have payed. And ALSO
the over-payments that all the banks must have payed.
... That's gonna be some money $$$$$ ...

OMG - Stop. I said it before, you are embarrassing yourself. Now you have shown us just how far you are out of your depths here.
There is no country or basic accounting principle where "income" comes from borrowing money.
There is no such thing as "debt income".
Learn basic GAAP before making such absurd, incorrect claims.
As I said before:
Take a basic accounting class
Take a basic finance class
It is abundantly clear you know neither of these fields. Hell given some of the absurd incorrect statements you have made, I am not sure even a basic accounting class would help.
And I see you completely avoided explaining how it is a crime that:
1. Trump borrowed money from banks who did their own due diligence
2. Trump then paid back the money borrowed with interest
3. The banks profited on the deal based on the terms they set
Why is that?
