I believe the other restaurants do not like them stealing their business. Beyond that, food safety concerns require regulation.

Food safety rules/inspections should certainly apply.

You are correct. In my Business, most of the Companies we do business with have about a 90% Hispanic employment.
These men make good livings, and do not care for most Blacks. They even have their own slang word for Blacks, which I cannot repeat here because it is very derogatory.
What really pisses them off is when polititians group them in with Blacks as a group being discriminated against. These Hispanics consider that a supreme insult.
And guess what. Most are for stopping illegal immigration. They see it as a threat to their own hard earned gains.

and why is that? could it be that blacks are inherently lazy and are inclined to be welfare bums? too sad they didn't even realize the "new age" slavery that they were sold into by the so-called "Civil Rights" movement?
who were the architects of such "new age slavery?" why ... the Deomcratic party!!!! led by LBJ who had he lived 100 years in the past would have sided with the Antebellum south and been a large plantation owner having many slaves picking his cotton for him in west Texas.
go get your gov cheese and thank the welfare state for it

You might start by inquiring why...
.... only about 1.2% of Mexico are "Afro-Mexicans"!
See many Black Catholics?
The Dutch brought Africans to the Caribbean Islands to work the sugar plantations, which introduced Blacks (now sometime called "Creoles") to the region who drifted to the mainland areas in the East.
The "conflict" in Mexico is between those persons with Indian blood and those who portray themselves as being "pure Spanish" (100% European). There is a book written by a couple of psychiatrists from Mexico City regarding the conflicted roles of the "mother" of Mexican males and their spouses, which are reflected in their religious beliefs of "Mary" (the mother) and the "contaminated" mistress (their spouse) who brings the "bad Indian" blood into the family. Inter-racial marriages would be equally "taboo"!
The Hispanic populations have their own "prejudices" and "discrimination" with which to deal.
One also might explore the "welfare programs" of Mexico. The non-Mexicans I know (and have known) who live in Mexico have an independent income (retirement or the equivalent) upon which to support themselves while living there. Some make investments that can generate a "side income" and some provide serves among the "foreign populations" on a cash or barter basis. They don't "blend" well.
THE FACT OF THE MATTER is that Mexico has no business lecturing the U.S. on how "the people" are being treated in the U.S., any more than any other country in the world (with some limited exceptions)!
How much money did former President Fox skim from the government before he left office? ... and how much will Nieto skim?
It's never a matter of "if" it's always a matter of "how much"!
These guys like thieves leading countries all over the World have to demonize the U.S. (particularly certain people here) to refocus the "lime light" on someone else and away from them. Why do you think they support the Clintons .... they are one of them!!!! And the Clintons won't call them out, because they can squeal on the Clintons!
Now .. does anyone believe Trump doesn't know where the stash is?

Hopefully enough people will realize these things and ignore being called names, and realize the real reason behind the cynical and self serving criticism directed at the USA by outsiders.

Oh, yea? Hope is lost .....
President "Echeverría's brother-in-law, Rubén Zuno Arce, was convicted by a California court in 1992 and sentenced to life in prison for his role as leader of the Guadalajara drug cartel and the murder of a U.S. federal agent seven years earlier.[13] Echeverría repeatedly requested President Carlos Salinas to pressure Washington for the release of Zuno Arce, but to no avail.
.....
After the defeat of the PRI in the general elections of July 2000, it emerged that Vicente Fox (president from 2000 to 2006) had met privately with Echeverría at the latter's home in Mexico City numerous times during the former's presidential campaign in 1999 and 2000.[15]
Fox appointed several Echeverría loyalists to top positions in his government, including Adolfo Aguilar Zínser (who headed Echeverría's "Third World University" in the 1970s) as national security advisor and Juan José Bremer (Echeverría's personal secretary) as ambassador to Washington.
"The most controversial was Alejandro Gertz Manero, who had been accused by the Mexican press of bearing responsibility for the suicide of a museum owner in 1972, as Gertz, then working for Echeverría's attorney general, attempted to confiscate his private collection of pre-Hispanic artefacts (Echeverría has a collection of such artefacts).[16] Fox appointed Gertz as chief of the Federal Police."
The make Obaminable and the Clintons look like kindergarten students!
Did you listen to the audio tapes of the "murder" of the Federal agent (DEA agent from the Guadalajara DEA station)? Nauseating!!! And I have a "strong" stomach!
They make ISIS look like pussies.
That little puke-punk he wanted released was running $125 million a month through bank accounts in LA and he was one of many middlemen ... In the mid 1980's that was "real money"!!!!!
The "joke" locally down there about Echeverría is he ONLY STOLE about $500 million when he left office .... so he was a "good guy"!

It is a Saturday morning so we will keep the question simple: which of these four posts is not like the others? Answer below, though I suspect most readers will have little trouble answering it:

Why yes, children, the forth one, obviously.
The first three are all civil comments by adults about food trucks. They also all mention the food safety is important, and Jackie S points out that in most areas they are covered by food standards similar to brick and mortar restaurants.
Then you have Wacko, who lives up to his name by being "special". He has a deep seeded need for attention so he interrupts a civil conversation among adults to shout out, "Look at ME!". And in typical per-pubescent style he goes for the shock treatment by injecting his own brand of potty humor. Additionally he uses another juvenile tactic and lies via false innuendo--falsely implying that one of the adults implied that food trucks were not sanitary.
Congratulations to all who answered the question correctly. As for you little Wacko, go to your room and pay with your legos while the adults talk.
