Ya'll know vodka is supposed to be colorless and tasteless right? So why spend a ton of money on it?

I was talking to the President of Dripping Springs Vodka who was doing a taste test at a store. He said that he distills his liquor in copper pots and Tito's distills it in stainless steel pots. I thought that unusual because Titos uses a copper color top and Dripping Springs uses a Steel color top.

I asked the DS Prez how many times he distilled his vodka. "19" he replied. "Because at 19 it tastes right."

So I thought, you are distilling it 19 times until enough copper leeches into the vodka.
