Look again at what I posted - this has ZERO to do with the tourists who entered the Capitol. I am referring to the patriots that the sham J6 committee illegally tried to intimidate. People such as Trump's Defense Secretary Chris Miller who confirmed that Trump authorized 10,000 National Guard troops before the Capitol riot but the DC mayor and Pelosi turned it down

And Jeff Clark, Assistant US Attorney who also was threatened and intimated by the sham J6 committee and he stood his ground like a true patriot

You take guns to an insurrection. The entire point is to capture and HOLD ground to install your own leadership, not walk around, get a few selfies and leave. They weren’t patriots or nefarious, just a bunch of people who acted like idiots for a couple hours and went home.

Fact of the matter is that pretending it was some earth shattering event is all democrats have to run on. Very few people agree with the radical policies of Biden’s puppeteers, so their campaign strategy can only be to try’n scare people into voting for them. People are smart now though, and have nearly unlimited resources for information, so it won’t be nearly as effective as it would be in the get everything from the newspaper days.

They were most certainly attempting to stop Congress from certifying the election, your highly selective memory aside. trump tweeted that Mike Pence didn't have what it takes to "do what's right", assembled the mob and sicked them on the Capitol building - at the exact time they were attempting to certify the election.
