The affordable care act is nicknamed Obamacare for a reason. It's Obama's deal, so not really a big difference at all. It seems that you are the one having problems understanding what you've read. It's ridiculous to blame it on Obama and/or Obamacare. It has absolutely nothing to do with Obamacare or Obama.

If you really want to look at the root cause, I'd be willing to bet that the number one reason is (prohibited topic).

But yes, either free healthcare or the potential to remain worry free about healthcare until you are 26 on your parents plan with no conditions or questions asked has instilled in many of the "yutes" an invincible attitude toward their early years.

Then add in the lack of understanding of things like the morning after pill, which many "yutes" consider a potential cure all to unprotected sex, not realizing the overall ramifications of it.
