You obviously haven't noticed what current Odumbo and Fed policies have done to domestic interest rates on CD and savings account interest rates.

Oh yah right that is why some corps set up a dummy home office on some other country,or island so they don't have to pay taxes in the USA Just keep on sipping the tea.If there was no benefit the rich wouldn't do it.
