Actually it was about perjury.
Was anybody ever charged with sexual assault?
GOP needs to "stand up" to a malicious proven serial liar who has besmirched the good name of the United States with our allies and sucked up to our enemies. His behavior -- especially the inability to tell the truth -- is central to everything.
In a world where honesty is a matter of opinion and truth is a matter of interpretation, Trump rises to the top of the heap.
The Mueller investigation has resulted in numerous indictments and now felony convictions. And it ALL has to do with Trump and his fitness for office. ALL of it. Certainly poor judgment is not a crime, but it can surely lead to it.
Case in point. And, as I said, today is just the tip of the dungheap.
So yeah, lustylad. This is as REAL as it fucking gets.

What's not going to play is Mueller's "case". He has failed to uncover any Russian collusion, despite your snide insinuations to the contrary that you can't back up when challenged. So he's going after Trumpy for some flaky alleged campaign law violations that have no chance of sticking. Stormy Daniels is a political embarrassment and that's why Mueller is pursuing this. To keep the embarrassment in the headlines. Not because there is a criminal case to be had. To paraphrase Comey - "no reasonable prosecutor" would bring charges based on these facts.

We'll see! We ARE seeing.
Hopefully it'll end soon and we can get back to arguing about policy.
Hopefully, Trump will see the light. Or more likely, flee under the veil of darkness, along with his spawn.

You’ll never see the light. It was over for you a longtime ago.

You are so fucking delusional you can't even SEE how delusional you are.
Even if I were to stipulate Trump is an idiot, you can't impeach him for being an idiot, ok?
You need a real crime. And a serious one that 90% of the country agrees is a crime. Mueller was the first special prosecutor in our history to be put in charge of an investigation IN SEARCH OF a crime, rather than an investigation into a crime!
He's now so despondently desperate over his inability to find any Russian collusion after nearly 18 months of having unlimited resources and every unchecked power at his disposal that he is now stretching to nail Trumpy on.... wait for it (drumroll).... obscure violations of campaign finance reporting laws!
Yeah, that'll play out real well in the heartland!

Dershowitz has been a shill for Trump since Day One. His support for Trump in the media is as predictable as Giuliani’s though considerably more coherent.
However, the law is real. The charges are real. The convictions are real. Trump didn’t think twice about paying hush money to the two sugar babies and didn’t give a shot how it was handled. He never had before. Why would he be less reckless as a candidate than he was in his other dealings in life the previous 70 years? Why would he surround himself with less crooked yes men as a candidate than he had as a “real estate magnate?”
Not that he doesn’t know better. Just doesn’t give a Fuck.
Nobody is above the law.
Trump’s lifetime of believing he is will cause his inevitable downfall. Let’s hope for the sake of our nation that it’s swift.
The right will find another hero who isn’t a worthless POS gangster. AGAIN, for the same of our democracy, let’s hope it’s sooner rather than later.

is he? he supported Clinton. did you think he was senile then? or just now that he's using his expertise as a law professor to correctly call out this as a nothing burger? do you really think that's gonna get Trump impeached?
if Congress impeaches Trump over this, the next people they'll impeach will be themselves.

Guys, you’re so busy fuming about CLINTON that you you’re really not focusing on what is happening right now.
No matter how hard the Trump bullshit machine tries to discredit EVERYTHING — and they’ve been working overtime to do that since the best attended inauguration ever — the fact is that Michael Cohen and Paul Manafort are both convicted felons. And this isn’t about a blowjob in the White House.
As I said before, it’s a bad day for our nation and I don’t blame you for being pissed. I’d be pissed if I was you.

Trump isn't going to be impeached. he's not going to be removed from office. you will be so disappointed when nothing comes of this witch hunt. i feel sorry for you and the rest of the usual suspects here who are convinced Trump is going to be impeached. not going to happen.
