She can make what ever decision she feels appropiate. This is information I've known for a long time. Public Health Officials are aware of studys that have been made. The Bottom line is Circumcised Males have a significantly lower incident of STD's than uncircumcised males. The only STD that didn't show any difference was Syphilis. There has been many studies and all studies support this. If you are uncircumcised and this information bothers you, well I don't know what to tell ya. You can slice and dice this any way you like it is what it is.

I agree were studies are shown that having a circumcised penis contributes to a male being at advantage to being better hygienically kept than uncircumcised, but again that information provided on your behalf is conflated and misleading..

Well its not misleading, and not what I want it to be ok. You have internet access there is a lot of information on the subject. I just posted one source. One, I thought was concise and easy to understand. The issues between Circumcised and Uncircumcised is more than just cleanliness. That point was stated.

Well I don't know how to enlighten you. Heres another article. Iam sure there is schools of thought on both ends. But if this is what is floating around the Medical community I wouldn't pass it off as just alot of bunk. But I don't know what you're looking for though. Take this how ever you wish.

Ok sorry didn't mean to start a debate.LOL. I am not worried it was any kind of STD I think it was fuzzies from his whitie tighties...Seriously I am very clean and I expect the clients I see to be clean too...It was just the first time I had seen a guy like that and it kinda freaked me out..Kinda hoped he would of warned me first to just make sure I was ok with it...But I'm not mad.. As far as men not wanting to read about it I was just asking a quesiton I have seen post on here worse then this one... Like I said before I am still fairly new at this and am still learning...But thank you all for the information it was helpful. Dallas thats true pretty much stick it in front of me if its clean and I will go to town...hahahaha.

Both articles are based on the trial studies done in Africa were HIV/Aids/Stds are an epidemic, and circumcision showed a reduction in it being acquired/transmitted (Fact).
Worldwide only 30% are circumcised (Fact).
U.S. only 20% uncircumcised (Fact).
STD's are transmitted through high risk exposure, not from being uncircumcised (Fact).

"studies to date have demonstrated efficacy only for penile-vaginal sex, the predominant mode of HIV transmission in Africa, whereas the predominant mode of sexual HIV transmission in the United States is by penile-anal sex among MSM. There are as yet no convincing data to help determine whether male circumcision will have any effect on HIV risk for men who engage in anal sex with either a female or male partner, as either the insertive or receptive partner. Receptive anal sex is associated with a substantially greater risk of HIV acquisition than is insertive anal sex. It is more biologically plausible that male circumcision would reduce HIV acquisition risk for the insertive partner rather than for the receptive partner, but few MSM engage solely in insertive anal sex"
So unless you are a provider that decides to visit Africa for some wild steamy unprotected sex with an uncircumcised male or, maybe only able to play in the U.S. and become unlucky enough to encounter an uncircumcised MSM, "men having sex with men," stray from the pack to visit with you. I think safe normal practices will be all thats needed to allow a good nights sleep at the end of the day.

You have nothing to be sorry about. Its a discussion, debate if you wish to call it that, but there is no harm in people not agreeing on a given subject, especially when one party may see it as a misconception. I thought you would want the thread to be discussed as that was the nature of you submitting it. I found it interesting as to see what you ladies had to say about it but had no particular interest to add anything until I saw another poster providing misleading information. So I gave my opinion as I saw fit.
As I stated before, only you can honestly determine what you saw, but white chunky stuff and fuzzies are not the same. The question asked wasn't off setting to discussion, but the details given about it should've been done with more discretion for yourself and the unnamed client. Luckily he stayed unnamed or there would've been a hardship on him in the hobby for no reason, especially knowing that his only incident was fuzzy wuzzies. Being a little clear about what you saw, as you just elaborated on, would've brought no need for further examination into the situation on my part as Fuzzies are of normal occurrences.
I honestly thought your post was hilarious, you crack me up sometimes with your blunt innocence.
I find it very appealing!!

A man at the very least should wash his privates before sex. The provider should require he clean his privates and hand him a warm wash cloth. As I am uncut Like you ladies I pay special attention to keep clean and healthy. Women have the problem with all of their good bits inside and must pay special attention to stay clean.

No Iam not saying uncircumcised men have anything. The articles are implying uncircumcised men are at higher risk of getting certain STD's than men that are circumcised. Dam whats your problem are you trying to show me how inept you are.

Ok, so you're not saying that providers should stay away from uncircumcised men because they are likely to have a STD!? But actually mean to say that uncircumcised men should stay away from providers because they are likely to catch an STD from the provider!?
I'm sorry, but that is unfound data and without evidence. There is nothing that indicates that an uncircumcised heterosexual male in the U.S. is likely to have an STD simply because they are uncircumcised. And Yes, I'll say it again, Higher risk to acquire/transmit under High risk Situations. I've provided unbiased information that addressed what those situations are. Your piecing together of information is warped in logical fallacy.

No providers should stay away from uncircumcised men to tighten the screening process even further.

Ok, thats your opinion..
Here's my opinion..
I would like for providers to only see clients with SO and tighten the screening process even further..., I mean if we are trying to eliminate STD's..
Clients with SO are at lower risk to having an STD than single male clients..(Fact)
I can see it now.. Right after the are you affiliated with LE? Do you have foreskin?
