Fact is the media edited Biden's statement to indicate he wasn't totally on-board with Trump's vaccine trying to bolster (Biden's) campaign

Too bad Trump from day 1 wasn’t out there telling people to get vaccinated. Biden went on National TV and got his vaccine. So did many other people. Trump and family got the vaccine in secret so his idiot followers could cast doubt on it as a political wedge.
He didn’t promote the vaccine at all until Southern, mostly red states began to get devastated by the Delta variant. Hell, he could have gone on Fox and got the likes of Hannity and Carlson to discuss their vaccine status. They coulda heaped all the praise and affirmation he constantly seeks on him and they could have influenced lots of their followers that the vaccine was a Trump achievement.
Now his followers like Candace Owens is calling him uninformed in his support of the vaccine. His supporters boo him when he states he was vaxxed and got a booster.
He missed his opportunity. Mainly because he sought a wedge issue rather than wanting to save lives and the economy.
