With 91 indictments trumpf the criminal should be left off all ballots period. It would be ethical to leave him off

Ahh to be so young, naive and fully race baited again. But turns out we gots this here pierce of parchment that drones on and on about individual rights, due process and other schtuff. Alas, I guess accusing someone just isn't enough to please some folks. You wouldn't understand.

Golly. Even in 16 trumpf himself said someone under an indictment shouldn't be allowed to be president.
Right out the horses mouth. And he gots 91 indictments.

I do find it ironic that Trump currently faces such legal hurdles to navigate in his bid for re-election which causes Republicans to cry political persecution while they try to pretend that Trump did not attempt a similar process in denying the election results.
Same shit different situation really

SCOTUS to no surprise overturned the Colorado decision.
Now he can get his ass handed to him fair and square.

91 indictments is near unprecedented.
Trumpf is a criminal. He should be left off all ballots.

I did. Right here. And I was correct.

As for this silly notion that Trump or anyone else needs to be charged with insurrection, they don’t. Members of the confederacy, both government and military, weren’t charged with insurrection. Nonetheless, they were denied any opportunity to serve in the federal government because they took part in an insurrection.
Stop watching right wing tv, reading right wing blogs, etc and maybe, just maybe, the righties on this sight will have better comprehension, actual common sense and engage in some intelligent debate.

Good points. SCOTUS made the right call given the situation.
Removing someone from ballots takes due process.
Charging Trump with election tampering just months before the nominations is not a path toward establishing that he disqualified himself from running.
Had he simply followed the legal process instead of throwing a tantrum trying to stay in office much of the legal struggles he has today would not have been possible.

That's easy to say, but impossible for Trump to do.
It's like saying, if he hadn't been a world-class asshole his whole life, he wouldn't have gotten in trouble for acting like a world-class asshole.
He was and he is and he did.
