I think both points of view are valid. It would be hard to get a honest answer from a lady who's client is a repeat payer, but at the same time, I could see the ladies wanting a way to know who is respectful, a haggler, or not a good tipper, etc.

This could be a feature that only providers could get access to. Lets be honest, it wouldn't be beneficial to have a blacklist. Just as our amount of providers is limited by the laws of advertising, the amount of Johns out there with user handles is also limited. Only the ones really worth flaming would get it, imho anyway.

Hey I think its a great idea. Will impose some responsibility / accountability and enhance the ladies' reviews' credibility. Because now the hobbyist knows that he can also be at the receiving end.

I would really seriously try my earnest not to see providers that wrote reviews with regularity. Shouldn't she be more busy? Part of the reason we are paying you besides your fruitful gifts is for discretion and privacy. It should be no ones business besides what I look like, how long my dick is, and the fact that I might not have wanted to kiss her or go down on her. And damn sure my performance shouldn't be judged.......because guess what....I'm not being paid to do this. She is. She is the one that needs to show out and be on her p's and q's. As long as I'm respectful, clean, and on time I don't need a provider outing me saying she saw me, and then reviewing me. Now if she paid my rates and my session was free I'm all for it.........

There are provider reviews out there....they are called provider references. If she needs to know more she can ask my references. I'm wondering what you ladies converse on during those calls..........I bet for the most part its nothing worth reviewing about.

Reviews are supposed to be truthful. I don't think a lot of men would want us to put all their business out there.

Well thank you all who have responded... Like I said it was just a question. I enjoy reading the other ladies reviews also, though I do find some of them kinda amusing due to the things that are put in there by the gents. " body fat, mommy tummy, stretch marks,distracting tats... and the list goes on and on"
and then at the bottom... recommendation.. YES....If you truley enjoyed yourself.. why is there a need to list all of the small imperfections..... I know none of the guys would like to see.... excessive body fat, small member, hair on your balls that you could bungy jump with, toilet paper stuck in your butt checks... I mean come on.... Makes really no difference to me.....secure or insecure....I am a very laid back, sweet kinda person... Its just my nature to wanna make someone feel good....In posting the ad I was able to see some of the pros and cons.... xoxoxo D

I am more than fine with a lady doing a review of me as long as she pays me...

The entire review process is there to support your business. It is all upon you and how you conduct your business as to what type of review you get. If you provide a great service I am always going to give a great review. If you don't then expect a less glorious review. Guys don't want to waste their money on women who provide lackluster sessions and those women have no one to blame but themselves for their lack of business due to truthful reviews about their lackluster sessions.

And some (just saying some not all) of the ladies in the biz talk amongst themselves anyway. Reason I never give out any details which might come back to bite me in the ass like happened one time. I am a firm believer in privacy. Mine and yours.. Works better that way for all parties involved.

Called honesty in ad's...... Some ladies fail to update pictures with current ones so it is up to the guys to describe how she really looks currently.. Not in the 7 year old pictures she has posted in her showcase.

And I repeat some not all.. Not naming names either.

I see your point, but tastes differ, and most things are pretty subjective, so the details are helpful. Otherwise, reviews could just be "RECOMMENDATION: YES/NO." One man's gross-out is another's fetish. And it goes the other way: something the reviewer sees as a positive might mean the opposite to a reader, so it's good to know about.

So, uh... who's the provider with the body fat, mommy tummy, and stretch marks? I want her number.

Reviews of hobbiests might not fit the model for this board and might interfere with its purpose and usefulness.

But there is absolutely no reason that the ladies could not set up some type of their own little Internet hangout and share info about us, like a private usergroup.

And of course, I'm sure many of them do "back channel" info about us to each other in various ways that go beyond merely offering recommendations on approving a session.

It's human nature. And, without the ladies throwing me under the bus for suggesting it, ladies might, I say, might be a little more prone to gossip than we guys.

We're living in a state of denial if we guys thinks something along those lines does not already exist independent of this board..

Those of us who play by the rules of the hobby should have nothing to fear. And if a provider that knows me should drop a hint to another provider about something she knows I might enjoy, then that's just lagniappe.

I'm not vain enough to be concerned about passing on a physical description, whether I may be tall, short, thin, fat, long-haired, bald, baby-faced or wrinkled, age, etc. I would suspect the ladies are more concerned about attitude, hygiene, manners, and that sort of thing.

But if some lady discovered that I (or some other hobbiest) had some private talent (unlikely) that increased the exerience for her, then that's her business in sharing that, provided the same levels of confidentiality are observed regarding personally identifiable information that are expected of us.

OK, as a former "employee" of this fine organization, lemme give you a couple of my opinions.

1. You can post reviews on us guys - in the ladies only forums, and you can certainly share information about us. And I encourage you to do that, especially when some guy is an asshole.

2. There are other boards that have allowed providers to see the ROS, and I don't know if that's good or bad. The official position here is that allowing providers to see the ROS would cause guys to pull punches - not to tell the real story. Personally, I tend to be kind in reviews - if it doesn't go well, I assume I share the responsibility. There is a real concern, though, that a review of a bad provider would either not be posted or the punches would be pulled in order to prevent a flaming war.

So, I think you ladies can review us, and I understand why ECCIE doesn't allow providers to read the ROS.

One of the guys had said in another thread, that the yes/no part of the recommendation wasn't the best way to go, and I agree. Maybe instead of a yes/no, a grading system like A-F, and the ROS should tell you why the poster thought that way.

And I have thought more in dept on this and have this conclusion. The ladies think reviews detailing streach marks and flab in the middle/ass/legs/ect are bad for business.. Wait till they start reviewing guys and have a couple of bad reviews from some well known hobbiests who everyone knows are not total assholes. Fact is not everyone "meshes" and that is part of this. Even if I don't click with a woman I (if I do a review) try and be totally fair about everything else. For instance one I saw not too long ago had a very annoying voice. So annoying I just wanted to keep something crammed in her mouth so she wouldn't talk. I didn't review her but had I done one I would have said she was nice and the service was great (which it was) but left out the voice issue because what annoys me might be what another guy likes. Yet physical attributes we need to keep honest. If her pictures show her as 120 pounds and she is now 155 we need to keep everyone informed because women will not post pictures of them aging or getting fatter. Slimmer yes.. Fatter no...
