No, not Obama, thats federal when this a city/state issue. LAPD fired the guy, he fled LA County to a neighboring county, the crimes were committed in both counties. If Moonbeam Brown or either local govt's want to pull the drone trigger....I got no problem with that. In fact they probably should have, it might have prevented the cops death before it all went down.
