should have been under oath to the committee in public. for course they can swear her in for a private interview like they did for Clinton .. oh wait ... lol.

She's a lawyer. Being fired by the FBI and having a contempt of Congress charge on her record doesn't look good at a disbarment hearing or employment interview.

Now that's she's not with the FBI she can't use the "The FBI lawyer says I can't say anything" excuse.
