Lol, Mina. I don't just head out blindly. I do do a little research first. (I did consider Charlotte once and it didn't seem worth the risk.)

Oh god, I went blindly. Was influenced that it was such a good area. Flew over, no rental car and hotel paid for to not make a single 2 pennies to rub together when I got home. The only place I will go blind is Jackson

I never go anywhere bling! I have been very lucky that I am usually prebooked a couple weeks out.....I start advertising several weeks out and I travel alot so i usually know 'where to go for the best results......I hate last minute appts and almost NEVER take them unless they are iron clad secure!
I have had a few spots that did not go as good as I hoped, but VERY rarely!
I am now booked almost full for the next three weeks! {Not meaning to boast,but just being excited about the upcoming playtime}

I will mostly prebook with touring ladies. Mostly because they incur more of a risk making there quota than the local ladies will. The local ladies will have their normalcy of regulars and since she's around and well known she can be seen anytime. The touring ladies are sorta like the McRib of providers as they are only availiable for a limited time. If I don't prebook them the first or second day they arrive I won't see them.
I think prebooking with local providers unless your in a city with relatively few numbers of ladies limits your options. But if I was gonna prebook with a local at longest it would be 1 or 2 days out.

Quality visitors
This may sound a little strange to some...I'm in Lafayette and there are lots of quality local providers,BUT if we want a wider variety of quality ladies to visit with we have to do what works for them to get them to come. If that's pre book we have to step up and do it or they may not come at all. Not everyone can hobby on a sudden urge...work schedule etc so prebooking helps plan play also.I have PM'ed providers asking them to visit and volunteered to prebook. It gives me more time to see thier reviews and them more time to screen.A view from a different angle....

I even tried prepaying once.....the only stipulation was that I was gonna be her first appointment straight from the plane. I even offered this lady a deposit similar to the flight price (which was small in comparison to the overnight rate) and ultimately she turned that down and told me their wasn't enough interest. I always wondered how much more interest would she need? This has occurred more than once for me in a few cities.
But then I thought of the burnout factor.......if she had the overnight with me she would probably be tired and or out of commission most of the next day.
This is why the days and time she's availiable is paramount to me......or Ill just wait until she arrives.

I prefer to prebook whenever possible, it gives me time to fantasize, and i have a sure spot in the lineup. Kind of like waiting to open your Christmas presents. However there are also the times when business calls me away on the prebooked date. I always feel guilty when I have to cancel on a date but when you prebook a month or so ahead it leaves a lot of time for other things to come up. Prebooking has its advantages and disadvantages. I have a prebooked date for June set right now and am very excited about it but if business or health reasons come up I will have to cancel.

Nicolet for me about 3 days out is as far as I feel I can plan time for a date. I would really hate to have to cancel so the shorter time is what I feel works for me.
I think of a prebook as more than 5 days out and shorter just scheduling.
So what your time frame of prebooking?

Actually that is the reason for this post, to get a feel for what would work and to inspire the guys to step up. I've been noticing lately that some of our better known ladies are cancelling due to lack of interest and the guys are taking way too many for the team with negative results.

One thing I tend to notice myself is when ladies are merely moreso fishing for interest....moreso than alerting us they will in fact come. If I see multiple cities or the same cities where she will fish for interest and then cancel via a post I observe that trend too. Makes you less likely to take a chance on an iffy proposition. You don't quite know if she's crying wolf or not.........

If the fishing is done correctly, it can save hobbyist and provider a great deal of time and money. But there must be a few nibbles at least to get the good ones.

I see both sides of the coin. I however work at a profession that is demanding of my time to the point of having the schedule straight from hell. I have tried to make plans and pre book appointments but it just does not work out for me. It seems that as soon as I make plans with others for anything except work all hell breaks loose and work.............sends me other places fast. So this makes me a "very short notice" kinda fellow. In order not to throw water on the schedule of others I have fallen into the bilges several times. I have found that since my schedule is so volatile that it is best to not make plans. I do not approve of those that make appointments and do not follow any proper protocol and I refuse to be "that guy"...so I remain a short notice fellow and suffer the down side of not being able to schedule properly. Its not perfect but its what I can do.
