Tipping at a Nail Salon

I think a 20$ tip is fair, especially when the 20$ is split between the person doing the nails & the toes.

My schedule is insane between a full time job, school and playtime I never have time to make an appointment. I am notorious about stopping in last minute it get my mani/pedi. My ATF just smiles and loudly says "ah I see you made it on time for your appt. be right with you". She doesn't want to make the other ladies waiting mad when I skip the line. This special treatment is because I get the most expensive mani/pedi they offer, I tip about 25/30 percent, never complain and often bring little gifts. It's a win win for both of us...... Funny how it works out that way lol.

I go to the same person at all times and she works in a private salon so she get's paid by the apts she set, not by the hr at min wadge
not a chop shop meaning $10.99 a set type place
so a fill is 35$ with nail art it is more ped is $55
so I know Im always going have a job well dome so I tip very well
as i know she cares about me and know I will send ppl her way
think Iv been with her like 15 or more yeas .. I'm a person who has to have set nail apts .. very 2 weeks
