1. 4 days does NOT equal 66 days;4 days is "supposedly" the time it took for The President for Four More Years, according to the OP's examples, to "acknowledge" that there was sufficient damage for federal help; 66 days (and counting) is the time it is taking Boehner and the Teawipes to authorize LESS federal funding than was spent on Katrina-related help AFTER the area was declared a disaster and emergency funding requested.
