And no a Judge cannot just release it. It would have to be petitioned by the investigating body to be released and consented by the party being investigated by virtue of how court documents are filed.
It's how Trump got in this mess in the first place. Not following the rules on documents and procedure.
Eerily similar that you believe that it's possible for this to be possible just like conservative platforms think declassification happens by say so.
There are rules and processes. And if it's national security interests especially if a "high sensitivity or nature"...it might take a while.

... Correct... The Judge can compel the FBI to release it.
... And it's NOT a "highly sensitive nature" the FBI's
own actions have shown us that.
The FBI is in enough trouble as it is these days. ...
Revolver News and Tucker Carlson will tell ya that.

Cool because your opinion means absolutely nothing to me.
And yes, all Americans should want transparency of this unprecedented assault on a former President and likely 2024 opponent of Senile Biden. Instead the FBI/DOJ want to cover it up.
What is the corrupt FBI and DOJ afraid of?

SHOCKER - so much for those fake "national security" DNC talking points the libtards spouted off:
Following a hearing on Thursday, federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart will be unsealing several documents associated with the FBI raid at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence last week.
According to War Room reporter Jayne Zirkle, Reinhart will be unsealing the Department of Justice’s motion to seal the warrant documents, an order granting the sealing request, and a criminal cover sheet from the warrant application.
The corrupt government's case was to release NONE of Trump affidavit
BUT:
According to Fox News reporter Eben Brown, the entire affidavit sought in the case will not be sealed, with Reinhart giving federal authorities one week to submit proposed redactions.
Get ready for the redactions by the corrupt DOJ/FBI
Also look for the DOJ narrative shaping leaks about to go into overdrive.

I wonder why all the extremists stopped shouting loud about how JFK was killed by the feds and how the watergate scandal was fake news. Oh wait.. They aren't. Because the feds did what they needed to do and told the public what they could tell them. Just like with maralago.

... Really? ... Interesting... Some FBI "whistleblowers"
are actually singing a different tune.

You're overspinning. I know you can't help but sensationalize, but get real.
The end result isn't going to be full transparency and the judge recognizes that there are active investigations and will permit redactions.
It's not a total win for the DOJ, but it will most certainly do. And the more redactions they get next week, the bigger the win.

In total honesty - I'd love to see what's on that affidavit. I'm betting it's much more robust in facts and names, and has Trump listed as a target in multiple inquiries. What they can prove is a whole other matter.

... The Judge has his-own arse in a crack.
That's why he's "inclined to release it"....
The FBI has their arse in so many cracks - it's stunning.
... So much for the RAID being about getting documents back.
Just one more LIE from the corrupt FBI.
They've had so many lately. ...

Again - NOT like you said it would be now matter how much you want to try and spin it. Just admit you were wrong, yet again

Every American should see it. What is the corrupt DOJ/FBI trying to hide? They are trying to hide the fact that Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Senile Biden Justice Department obtained—from a clearly biased judge—an unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful home-raid warrant of, then did a fishing expedition on, their boss’s political enemy.
This is the Russiagate hoax all over again. Hell they are even using most of the same corrupt FBI agents to carry it out. And the myriad of "leaks" to the libtard media to craft a narrative while not releasing the real information - just like they did for year in the Russia Hoax
