No change - Just a different model - reviews and talk here, find your ads somewhere else.

It is not like we had a ton of ads in Pittsburgh to begin with. Didn't stop guys from seeing who they wanted and posting reviews that others could then use as a guide. The reviews are what is valuable, not ads.

The only thing I may miss with no ads is not knowing if an interesting visitor will be coming. And anyone who is smart enough can easily make known they are visiting

So still quite useful for guys. Maybe not so much for providers based on some starved for attention posts I have seen

In DC-MD-VA area I dont see any change... the removal of ads didnt affect anything. Maybe in other States where this site is more visited.

I feel you Veronica on not being impacted too much by the change. Even though ECCIE is heavily used in Louisiana, because I had a no review policy since as far back as Spring 2018, I hadn't been posting Weekly / Weekend Updates. Not having the ability to post an ad doesn't make a difference to me because I haven't been doing so for over a year.
