You don't do a recount until AFTER the count. See, the word "recount" implies that there's already been a count.

Try paying attention to the words being used. Words mean things. The legal challenges come AFTER the votes are counted. They can't come BEFORE. That would violate the laws of time and space.

Every Democrat has conceded, eventually. Hillary conceded the day after the 2016 election - fact.
