Now perhaps I stumbled on your "real life" sites except that they are in several areas of the country and also not in the Northern Central Texas area. That seems odd to me. Since you are asking these women to not only pay you in monetary terms but in "trade" as well, I think that they should know. Now at the moment I haven't taken the time to Google or tineye search your images but I wonder what someone who did that would find.
As a photographer myself I have to say that there is nothing lower than someone who claims someone else's work as his own. A professional level camera does not a professional photographer make.

We had a guy like this in the Austin forum a little while back. Got a lot of ladies interested, but was caught cropping watermarks off another photographer's pictures. Hasn't been heard from since he was called out on it.

this one is from Austin but he left the other photographers watermarks on this time - at least he's giving them credit for the their work he's portraying as his

He was very professional and a gentleman. After the photo shoot we had some sandwiches and went out for some Margaritas.
Stick to photographers who are well known and the ladies like.

Good job clarifying all that J_D ! The legal aspects of ownership can be very tricky even for experienced photographers. Notice I said experienced, not professional. If you're "professional" you should know better. Even in college, Arts Institute, the most problems arose when we started covering image ownership.
We pros know the rules, but those who don't can gain some knowledge by researching http://www.copyright.gov/title17/

Ladies,
I tell every lady I talk to about the "D" word. It is called Discretion and I highly recommend it's use to all ladies in the Adult Entertainment/Provider business. Give the D word some really "deep thought" & consider all of your avenues before making a commitment with any photographer. I highly recommend ladies to hide their face or to fade, pixelate, or blur all identifiable features such as face, tattoos, birth marks, etc for your personal privacy and discretion. I am not a photo collector period. All images I take are yours to keep. I don't mind signing off on copyright & licensing agreements & giving up ownership to the photos as this is a very sticky legal area & I am not currently in business as a Professional Studio Photographer. As I said all images are yours to keep, re-sized & downloaded to a thumb drive for any and all use. All images are deleted from my computer & trash bins in front of you. I print my Incorporated business name & logo on one edge of all the photos & if a lady chooses to crop it off, that is at her sole discretion.
I started behind the lens in 1975 as a HS newspaper & yearbook photographer. I currently use all Nikon equipment & lenses & try to upgrade regularly. In the late 80's I opened a Art & Photography Studio in Grapevine Texas and in the late 90's I had to close the doors due to a break-in and loss of all the full frame digital camera equipment.
I prefer to use live settings in hotels, business's, & places like the Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens, Ft. Worth Botanical Gardens, and several other public locations. I have a particular spot I like to use at the Omni Park West Hotel & another spot at the Renaissance Hotel. I am always open to suggestions. Zebra

No one can prove that any of my photos posted on Flickr are not mine. Every one of them is mine.
I post in several places. Flickr is just one of those places. Opinions are just that. The model for the photos did not pay for the photos. I worked my butt off for her. She had me running up and down a swimming pool and she did not like her big stomach. I gave her all photos free. She has nothing in writing giving her right to use the photos. If she posts my photos without a signed release that could lead to litigation. All of the photos are my property.
