I actually used the feedback form on the website to give them the info on who they had as an employee, and the drama there. Pointed them at this thread. I figured just in case the mods decided that this thread wasn't cool, I'd protect people by getting her info off that site. Didn't think an agency would want that kind of drama, as it calls into question the other ladies there as well.
