Better quality with less people means more profit. I use to have a neighbor what worked for a firm that location oil rigs with radio location. You can't even read you frittata. Technology is what did it. They weren't paying nonproductive employees you shit stain, until commercially available GPS came out. THEN they addressed the problem.
