Those darn aggressive Canadians took over the US while we were distracted by the Olympics.

Actually, 3 flags are wrong, US, Canada and Netherlands.

What probably happened was the chart was set up with the flags and country names, then the US moved up from 4th to 2nd in the ratings by winning a gold. The country names were moved, but nobody moved the flags to match.
