Koresh did not have an NFA license that would have allowed him to legally possess those items. Accordingly, he was breaking a shitload of "known laws".....
We can talk about the sexual assault on a minor allegations as well, if you'd like. He was fucking girls as young as 10 at the Waco compound. Last time I checked, that is "breaking a known law." The bottom line is that he was a psycho and a criminal. The cops were out there to do what they get paid to do.....arrest and charge persons who are violating the law. All Koresh had to do was walk out the door and put his hands in the air. He'd be alive today and so would everybody else that died in that compound. And several ATF agents as well. Did the FBI bungle the siege? As I've said, I can't disagree. But, the ultimate cause of this tragedy was Koresh, not Bill Clinton or Janet Reno.

The FBI could have arrested Koresh outside of the compound. They had plenty of opportunities. The whole disaster could have been easily avoided.
The allegations of child abuse were never confirmed. The "fucking girls as young as ten" statement is stupid (sorry). There was an allegation that he married a thirteen year old. The case was investigated by Texas CPS, but no charges were ever filed. The legal age for marriage, with parental consent, was fourteen in Texas at that time.

Source: Hearings before Congress
Time: July 1995
Oh, I stand corrected. He fucked the 10 year old in a hotel room, not at the compound. And, after all, Koresh told the 10 year old when she was seven that he was going to marry her. So, that makes it OK. Never mind.
You guys and Timothy McVeigh can stand with Koresh if you like and make him out to be some sort of cult hero without any blood on his hands. He was a psycho, a megalomaniac, and a child molester and abuser. He created the situation that led to what happened in Waco. Could law enforcement have handled it differently? Sure. I've said that....repeatedly. Could Koresh have acted lawfully and simply surrendered on the day of the raid or on any of the what was it....79 days that followed? Again...yes. Nobody dies...except, of course the ATF agents who were murdered on day one.
Waco Hearings Open; Girl Tells of Forced Sex
July 20, 1995|GLENN F. BUNTING and DAVID WILLMAN | TIMES STAFF WRITERS
WASHINGTON — A teen-age girl's gripping account Wednesday of being forced at age 10 to have sex in a hotel room with Branch Davidian cult leader David Koresh effectively muted criticism of federal law enforcement agents on the first day of congressional hearings into the tragic 1993 siege of the cult's compound near Waco, Tex.
Speaking in a soft yet determined voice, Kiri Jewell, now 14, recalled that she was about 7 when Koresh first notified her on a Southern California recreational outing that she would become one of his wives. Jewell said that she was taught how to place a gun inside her mouth to commit suicide.

I'm not standing with Koresh; that's just stupid (sorry). The real facts of his behavior will probably never be known. The Clinton spin machine cranked up after the mass murder at Branch Davidian. The testimony before Congress may be legitimate or it may be something they cooked up to justify the murder of twenty eight children. I wouldn't put it past them.

The fact is that the Justice Department had opportunities to pick up Koresh outside the compound. They didn't. Koresh may have had sex with underage children, but it didn't help those children to kill them.
No one considers Koresh a "cult hero". You get upset, and rightfully so, over the Sandy Hook killings. But when Clinton kills a bunch of children, it was necessary. I don't get it.

Aren't you guys afraid that if the government got 10M right wingers in one place, they would herd/lure them to the great underground detention camps that have been constructed as part of the ongoing plot to subvert our civil rights?
Just one pull of a handle and they all would fall into the rabbit hole leading to the massive prisons built on the principals of socialism: everyone would share in the misery.
I'm sure Rush has commented on this at some point although the lying, miserable liberal media denies that they exist; thereby proving that they are the lying, miserable liberal media.
Or am I being paranoid?

Let's see.....
1. About 45,000,000 teeth
2. Cumulative IQ of about 45,000,000 as well (below room temperature, unfortunately)
3. 100 Porta-Potties would be too many
That's just the short list.....

Is that what you're advocating, dumbass?
Because if you are, then I think you have crossed a line that a whore board can't protect you from.

That wouldn't be considered a Coup d'etat anywhere. A Coup d'etat is basically considered to be a an overthrow of the Government by a small group from within, by illegal means or force. Often led by elements of the Millitary.

Let's see, 10 million gun toting lunatics waving their AR's in the air and screaming anti-government slogans marching on the Capitol?
Yeah, it's a LOT worse!
Don't nobody let a squirrel get loose on the White House lawn... or a Muslim!

sounds like an excellent opportunity for the government to do flyovers with drones and scan the crowds while they bring in the military and bottle up the city so they can arrest without warrant, and hold without probable cause for an indefinite period of time, american citizens ...
how'd I do COF ?
