@hookerpickerupper what do you mean what else are we gonna do? There are plenty of us who do not rely on the "hobby" alone to keep us fed and either had other careers before coming into this and this took the front (or only) seat OR have other careers that are our primary income (not being an escort) while being an escort just supplements that. Only difference between a lot of escorts and their clients is merely you are the "buyer" and we're the "seller".

Why is one tipping for someone that makes over 200 an hour?

Tip before or after? I don't pay for services until after said services have been rendered. So, by definition, if there's a tip in there it's given after. The ladies I see don't expect them like the op, and give the same quality service regardless. Which is one reason I keep going back. Pretty simple.
In general, I don't tip. I do give gifts to my regulars or favorites on birthdays holiday or just bcuz.

Appreciation. I think this was stated earlier.

Tipping outside of restaurants (and a few other like situations) is because the type/level/amount of service/goods were beyond what was ecpected, which I believe it is, then to tip or not is independent of the original price. But since I do not know it is going to be beyond expectations it is almost by definition after the fact.

I can't imagine why anyone would tip before the service. The set fee should cover all services on the menu. If her attitude and skills are above average I tip, if not I don't. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for below average service.

Tipping: a kind and thoughtful gesture that is not required, but is appreciated.

It is a misconception that because some providers make 200+ an hour, that is too much money, and therefore disqualifies them from deserving additional optional gestures of appreciation.

Also, it's not so cut and dry as "how much does a provider make per hour." There are so many monetary, time, and emotional/intellectual expenses that are involved.

And of course part of the fantasy experience is clients not knowing or caring how much plane tickets, or hotel rooms, or photo shoots, or advertising costs. Or how much time is spent on unpaid administrative work. There is so much at play besides what happens behind closed doors.

I don't except a tip ,and I do treat every one with the most gratitude for seeing me. There right, there always some body else out there they can see. But from my point Hobbyist that are in the life style trend to tip anyway. I try to keep my rate affordable were I live, I know there cheaper ladies out there , but buy the time you travel 5o miles and get a nice room you have a lot of money invested, Were not making what you think.. And yes a tip is just icing on the pie And makes a lady feel good about her self.... Ann... Thank you.

However, American culture dictates it (and in a restaurant where they make 2 bucks an hour and are taxed 10% on sales you are a massive dickfuck if you don't tip at least 15%). So therefore, we are talking about tipping itself. Not why it shouldn't exist at all (which is more of where I am with it for restaurants...raise the prices and pay workers fairly).
Missy Mariposa ...Bless your heart honey.

From an American Waitress.. blowing you a BIG KISS! MWAH!!

I'm a tipper, I tip people without expecting anything, or ever seeing them again. If my budget is tight I tip what I can at the time so hope it is appreciated. If I am too broke to tip, I don't go to places that have servers. Before being a waitress I had no idea or understanding, especially about the wages. For me the better I tip actually makes me feel good. On your honor kinda thing. When I waited tables I used to tip the busboy and bartender even though we had to tip them out at the end of the night anyway a certain percent. The cooks got paid well, and the dishwashers were, well they were freaking dishwashers. Not always, I had bills too. But so many other servers would be greedy and go blow their wages at the bar after work. I'd randomly pass out dollars here and there on my good nights just to make my co-workers smile and say go get yourself a free beer tonight, because you deserve it. (You know the guys felt special, like Krystal just bought me a drink, I'm the sh!t at washing these dishes haha.) Even to the other servers if they helped fill up my table's drinks or small crap. So next thing I know busboys are clearing my table before I pre-bus so that my tables are filled faster. The bartender would refuse my tip and I'd still drop it in their jar, and they'd surprise me with sweets and shots after we closed up. The cooks don't give me dirty looks when I've messed up an order and ask them to fix it on the fly. Of course side work and closing duties were usually helped, by all the love Karma returned to me. Eventually everyone's hands reached out to help me. I loved working in a restaurant, just talking about it tempts me to go back lol it was a lot of fun!! High pressure and excitement and a lot of love and bonding with friends from work. I miss it. Anyway.

For me with receiving tips: I don't expect it. I appreciate the appreciation, I'm very reciprocal period. Either way if we're about to get it on I'm gonna rub it up, flip it, smack it down and rock your world. But yes a tip makes you feel special and intentionally not mind as much if they go over their time. Different people have their situations and maybe just my fee was splurging for them, so I appreciate business in the first place and will give my best each time either way. Now that you bring up the topic, I've noticed that my few friends from Eccie that do tip usually give me the tip at the beginning.

Default employee or owner

When you pay an owner for a job, that owner sets a fair price for the service and does not require an extra cash incentive to do the job well. If happy you will return. An employee who is salaried will be paid no matter how they do the job. Additionally they are only making a percentage of the owners take. If they do their job well (when they don't have to as its not their name on the business) they should be rewarded.
In short I tip employees (agency) for a job well done; an owner (independent) is rewarded for good service with repeat business

He should tip after because it will be more than what he originally intended to give lol. I don't expect any tip which is why I am always grateful when I do get one. I would rather see someone that doesn't tip but can't get enough of me and keep coming back for more, than someone that tips but that I hardly ever see.

I can say I've tipped at the end of service in my early hobbying days but that was when I felt the lady went above and beyond what I expected. Also I've seen some ladies advertising and thought they'd be nice to visit until I see where they post "Tips Appreciated l". I then no longer consider them. Expectation of a tip is a turnoff for me.

I would steer clear of you simply on that basis as I would believe you were not proving an equal effort based on no tip.

Yeah I'm a pretty greedy cunt asking people to donate to charity drives and charities instead of tipping me directly

And FYI the only people I *asked* not to reply were people who wanted to start drama over tipping -- because I was looking for honest thoughts and replies, not drama. I *can* request people take their drama elsewhere. In no way did I demand it.

While providers do make $200+ per hour, it's not like they get that 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. I try to always tip, at least a little. It's in the envelope, so the lady will be pleasantly surprised after I leave. If the service wasn't good, I just don't go back.
