DeD had mine and SK's complete permission to post the pics as long as we all agreed on the ones he was posting. Myself and SK agreed via email that the pics he posted were fine. It wasn't til a day later after someone harassed her and she asked that the pics be removed. I wonder what would have happened had I protested and requested that the pics remain, since I was included in most of them???

I would never allow anyone to take pics that I wouldn't want posted. That is why I only allow people I know and trust to take pics and video of our time together.
DeD took and posted pics that were real. Myself and SK took pics during the session as well and damn I wish I could post some of those.

Other than no images of minors, genitalia or sex acts, the rules really don't specify about posting your personal images. Since the client becomes the owner of these pictures I would assume that as long as he does not violate these rules he is entitled to post what he feels like posting.
Now as a staff, you have to use your common sense. If the photos cause outing it should not be allowed and by outing I mean identifiable tattoos, birthmarks or most importantly showing her face when all other photos she's posted don't expose these things.
However as stated earlier a provider who takes personal pictures for a client should really make sure she absolutely trust him 100% to not have an agenda. Hope this helps bubba

Yes....totally....I agree with REESE on THAT point.
BUBBA....high five. I appreciate that you posted this thread.
I've seen pics of ladies...that I KNOW was not approved of (in their mind).
It is not, in my opinion....what is LEGAL....but what is MORAL.
Shit....Morality is a dirty word on this board. Fuck it. But we choose who we see...and who we allow to take pics
I guess it boils down to common sense.
However, asking some gents who have the opportunity (or force the opportinuty) who take pics.....asking them to please be respectful to the women allowing them to do so.
I've had pics taken by clients.....and they gave me the disc so I would decide what I wanted to make public. Again....common sense of who I choose to see.
Hugs,
TT

It's all about the money. Model photography for profit is completely different from personal photography.

Get it back on track. The question is: What is the board policy on posting a providers picture in a review. Nothing else was inplied or or asked.

Since he directed the question to the mods for clarification, move it to the proper forum. If he didn't want general discussion of the subject , it should be posted in "Ask a Mod".
Although I agree that most of the responses have been of another agenda.

If you bother to read, I said, once the mods clarified things, to post all you want in response. On topic, of course

OK guys lets keep this thread about posting pictures, not reviews and who is posting about the OP's original subject OK? The next hijacker will have a stronger reminder of what a thread hijack is.

To answer the question brought up about what the law says...
From what I was told when I started creating web sites, photos taken in public places are fair game for the photographer to do with as he/she pleases, including posting or putting up for sale to the highest bidder. Paparazzi photos fall under this heading.
As I understand it, private photos ( photos not taken in public places) are property of the photographer and can be posted without a models release as long as its not for comercial purposes (not for profit). You can post embarrassing pics of your ex without a models release from her, but you can't sell the pics or charge people to see them unless you've got the paperwork.
How any of that applies to Bubba's question is anyone's guess. It's not like we hobby within the law... or is that just me?
