Yeah really. Both are laws on the books. Pretty sure if you were drinking and driving and involved in an accident that killed someone you might feel differently. The fact that these poll workers harassed this man for wearing his Maga hat is reprehensible.

Try and stay on topic WD as I am sure yssup would appreciate it. The poll workers had no business harassing this viter for simply wearing his Maga hat. The fact that they did is reprehensible.

... So, the fellow took his hat off when asked before voting
and then after voting and heading for the door to leave he put
his hat back on and the poll worker then put his hands on
the fellow with the Red hat? ... That's what I gather from
the report. ... So, the red hat fellow didn't fancy being
layed a hand on and thus defended himself??

Not sure how and why the fellow was arrested... The poll worker
putting his hands on the fellow is assault... Time to consult
a barrister and file suit - especially when charged with
whatever it was "assault on a older person" as the fellow
is 63 and the poll worker is 69...

The Australian lesson here is to keep yer hands to yer-self.
That-way, you don't start a barney and take a punch.
Surely seem like one o' those "Even-Steven situations" - if you ask me.

It is funny reading how you MAGA geniuses are defending this moron. Do you guys take some kind of fucking oath or something to defend stupid acts committed by fellow MAGAs no matter what?

How hard is to take a cap off and put it in your car and vote and then return to the car afterwards and put it back on? Instead, this idiot wanted to advertise his MAGA stupidity and act like a fool when all normal people wanted to do was have a peaceful and drama free day and cast their votes.

I hope that retard has fun justifying his actions for flexing on a damn 69-year-old volunteer. Oh, and yeah, I know the guy was no spring chicken himself at 63, but I saw his picture, and that guy looked like he was a prison built/made 63-year-old.

Oh well, I am sure Trump will call him a fine and outstanding American, so I hope it was worth it for him... fortunately, the old bird he assaulted only had a scratch on his cheek. What's wrong with that dirty ass MAGA? Cut your damn fingernails. They're not supposed to be grown out to scratch old poll workers. Haha

Do you have any of those aforepromised illegal videos?

This guy is a criminal. And committed a federal crime.

Reprehensible is right.

Yeah, and if they drive a car into a crowd of people or rip the tag off of a pillow…

Your argument is silly pap.

Nope but I have seen the one my friend recorded. Problem with you lefties you don't even believe the truth when it slaps you in the face. Seems like lefties only believe what the DNC tells them to believe. Sad, very sad indeed.

And 99.9% of what you post is partisan crap but I would expect nothing less.

I feel unslapped, golferguy. Seems like you fell for the truth again ... and then stopped yourself before it slapped you in the face.

So BLM and Antifa are peaceful folks just out for a picnic? The 2 assassination attempts on Trump were peaceful? Really? Who is turning a blind eye?
