There has to be a sense of complicity for you to get arrested. If you hear the girl describing acts and prices either on the phone on in person it should be a red flag...I usually do a&&& for $$$ and you say okay your basically fucked.Same rules apply to a dancer in a club setting being set up by a undercover... If there was no previous conversations detailing a a specific illegal act and you arrive and she starts I usually... is that okay.. and you state no to her question and leave you probably will be hassled but not arrested

They won't hassle. They don't have time when padding their quantity count. They will issue at least a misdemeanor ticket, and let the prosecutor deal with it.

since the dawn of hobby boards everyone has an opinion on what the 5-0 can and would do in a hobbyist scenario - never seems to end well for everyone - my take, and this is just my opinion - you can hedge your bets against getting stung by adhering to a few simple guidelines...

if you don't want to risk the sting, do your homework, go on a date with a verified provider here and see where the time takes you...

I've rolled the dice with BP providers a few times only if an established hobbyist told me they were legit - that is in my opinion as far as anyone should go...

and if you can't tick either of those boxes, and she seems worth getting arrested for then give her a call - only yourself to blame...

but hey, the more guys that roll the dice on BP and get caught the more the quotas are addressed there and not here - so...
