So she missed an appointment and you blast her? I would be blasting every other week if if missed appointments were all it took. Not her fault you drove so far. Next time have a backup plan, as in she agrees you can knock on the door or gives a second number. Sleep, phone dies, went shopping (got an out call)...happens all the time except for a few reliable VPs.

My beef with her isn't that at all. I understand things happen. My point was, which you obviously chose to ignore, she refused to make up for it. Whether by a discount or extended time. By her being petty and greedy she lost a valuable customer. Not too bright business wise.
