I've just now noticed the San Antonio news article posted by the OP is from 2013.

Did they change the deadly force laws after this?

I can understand the ladies point of view on this, and agree that shooting someone over $ 150 is way over the line. All the jurors are allowed to decide is whether it was legal. No moral judgments, no bias for or against providers or johns, simply whether it was legal under the law. They decided that it was.

There are some unstable ppl in this world, especially when you start trying to fuck them over for their money. As many alerts as I see on this board of chicks running off with guys money I'm actually surprised we don't hear more crazy stories like this. You never know what ppl are going through & how they may react, so running around scamming & trying to rip ppl off is playing a deadly game.

Killing someone over 150 bucks is bullshit. First of all, his big, dusty ass was probably too gross for her to want to do anything with him. Granted, she was wrong for taking the money, but taking a life for that amount??? Naaah.

Let's not forget, they were both on the wrong side of the law on this one. He should've done SOME kind of time, one way or another. The fact that she suffered for 7 months, too....just terrible.

If you have nowhere to retreat to, you can use deadly force if someone is breaking into your home in any jurisdiction I know about. So your example is not on point.

Do you know the difference between a burglary and a hot burglary?

Have the laws (especially castle doctrine) changed in many states over the last couple of decades?

My example was precisely on point, sorry you don't comprehend it.

That is wild she died like seven months after he shot her. Also this story reminds me of the provider who shot a client who was trying to kill her. The cops came and found a whole kit that they believe he used to kill and dissect his victims. They believe he was a serial killer. Scary be safe people keep your butthole tight and don't see creeps at night. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn...ler/index.html
