Listen, if she's post-mastectomy, bring on the MM's.
Let her feel like a woman again. There's a mental aspect from the woman's side that, without implants takes a toll through body image issues. That mental aspect may be present without said mastectomy, too.

There is no shortage of surgeons available for when she wants to get a bit of work done, and it's not a supply driven product.

Personally, I don't fuss much over MM's as a decision driving feature. All too often they are overdone and can just as easily be a detractor.

1st things 1st, I vote for the Real Deal The last MM's that I can think of made it feel like there were hugh lumps in her breasts. They just didn't feel natural even though they did look it. So maybe she had a crappy doctor or I was squeezing to hard? I like A-C and sometimes D unless I am trying to hide between the mountains to keep the winter chill from hitting me in the face.

When you clicked on "New Thread" and entered a subject and verbiage, had you scrolled down you would have found 4 menu boxes, the fourth of which asks, "Yes, post a poll with this thread" and the number of poll options you wanted which would have allowed you to name those options.

I don't believe an official poll can be added to this existing thread, but will do some research.
