George Santos is an analogy about the kind of guy that Hur isn't. That's not deflection, that's a counterpoint about what someone who has no credibility looks like vs someone who has a history of bipartisan praise.

But most importantly and as it pertains to the topic... the biggest difference between Joe's docs and Trump's is that Joe has been trying to get them back into the right hands and Trump has been trying to claim that those marked docs are his property.

They're not.

Joe's an asshole and a fuckup, no doubt. He mishandled docs, no doubt. But even his senile ass isn't dumb enough to make that claim.
