My point is that they wouldn't have that much cash and profit if there wasn't a huge segment of the economy that's HEALTHY.

We don't have a single economy anymore.

We have two economies....one for those with educations and jobs, and another economy for the uneducated.

For people with educations things are okay.

For people with little education things have never been worse.

The real problem though is that government spending is skyrocking providing all these benefits for the unemployed, and revenues are down, thus causing the insane deficits.

In the end the US will owe so much money that it will be never be able to prosper much.

And that's probably what America deserves.

In my own country of Norway, where I'm a citizen, we have the biggest Soverign Wealth Fund in the world - 660 billion US dollars - bigger than Saudi Arabia.

We are a united people of hard-working blonde, blue-eyed citizens who pay high taxes but no one ever cheats, and we have had the highest standard of living in the world for over 80 years, all before we discovered oil. We built the best country on earth just by fishing for Cod and Herring and our women love sex more than any women on the planet.

America is a crime-ridden polyglot jungle of a place with no common purpose or value.

America is a violent, imperialistic, warlike culture of hypocrites and spectators.

America saved your Eurotrash ass from the Nazi's and the Soviets. If you people had to pay for your own defense for the last sixty years you'd be in debt not in surplus. If you don't like it here, GET THE FUCK OUT YOU HOLOCAUST DENYING PIMP.

PS
Have you had a chance to set up an Anders Breivik fan club yet? I'm sure you were a charter member back in the motherland.

1.The people of Norway welcomed the Germans, and tens of thousands of Norwegians volunteered to fight with the Germans against the Soviet communists in SS Divisons like the SS Viking Divison and the Nordland Division.

2.The US didn't do much to defeat Germany because the combat power of US foreces was pathetically so low...because of lack of morale, bad equipment, and so forth. It was the Soviet Union which really defeated the Germans.

3.Thank God after the war the US realized they'd fought on the wrong side and brought back the Nazis into the fight against communism.

In tank-to-tank warfare between US and German tankers the Germans destroyed 17 American tanks for every one lost to an American tank.

It's not my fault that the Germans were motivated because they were fighting for their homes, and had well-made equipment.

US soldiers were fighting far away from their homes, were 60% draftees, were just trying to stay alive, and were given third rate shitty equipement to use.

That's the difference between the national characters of a unified, educated and moral society like Germany [which today leads the world in everything except for the Norwegians] and a polyglot, divided country of have-and-have-nots and criminals like the "United States of America."

Norway has a population roughly equal to the greater Houston area. It's barely even a real country. Comparing Norway's standard of living to America is meaningless. It's like comparing America to Monaco or Liechtenstein.

How the thread has derailed. Anyway, vote for Romney or Obama = same shit, different name. You know what's the difference between a Democrat and a Republican? The letter next to their name. If voting this year makes you happy, be my guest. I'll sleep better at night knowing that I didn't select either clown. If you haven't seen my predictions from other threads, here they are:

Romney or Obama:

2016 will look like this:
Unemployment - 12-15%
Debt - $22-$25T
Annual Deficits - >$1T
Tax Code - No change
Immigration - No change
Social Security - No change
Regulations - Worst
Oil Prices - >$120-$140/barrel
Inflation - 5%-8% Y/Y
Defense Spending - As always, never enough
Welfare/Medicare Fraud - No change

So go ahead and vote for your favorite candidate. By then, all we'll be able to do on this board is bitch because we won't have any money left to play.

Sorry for delivering bad news on a Thursday, but I just can't escape reality.

Stay home and pout. It won't matter. Romney has a lock on Texas.

icuminpeace,

first off -- IT'S FRIDAY!! Not Thursday. And very little brings me down on Friday.

Depressing predictions. The good news is that 4 years from now, if you are totally wrong, no one will remember. If you are right, well, being an optimist I'll worry about it if an when it occurs. Enjoyed your post though.

Thank you Joe - I know Romney takes Texas. I won't vote for him, but I want him to win because I can prove my predictions.

SpeedRacerXXX - Sorry, that was a copy/paste from another thread. I'm happy it's Friday!

I didn't mean to depress you guys, it's just that I don't understand how can people support either party when for 30 years they've been leading us down this path. That's bipartisanship at work, they just take turns at the wheel, but they don't switch roads.

Both parties suck. The Republicans suck less. The sad truth is, the average voter sucks. If Republican politicians started doing all the things that are necessary for the survival of the country, they would all be voted out of office.

The reelection rate for both houses of Congress was 85%, over the last twenty years. These are the people that are spending us into bankruptsy and we keep voting for them.

I think it is an exaggeration to say that there is no meaningful difference between the two parties. Obama is far worse than Romney. Obama is genuinely dangerous.
