One could argue that many other diplomatic officers to foreign nations both friendly and hostile probably hold a similar opinion of 45's strategic leadership abilities. 45's actions in office has increased the level of uncertainity with regard to how our economic and military allies perceive US. This back and forth over the citizenship question on the upcoming census does help at all to dispel the notion held by many that 45 is indeed inept.
