No sir, this experiment was tried in Dallas. It failed miserably providers couldn't understand what a short notice thread was so it wont be back. For bigger cities like Dallas and Houston this doesnt work so well, there are way too many girls who don't bother to read the rules so it turns into a haven for infractions.
