A lot of good suggestions guys! I have found that if you don't try so hard to prolong the first one, it helps to relax and reload for round 2. A 90 minute or two hour appt is best, of course.

Most important is not to stress out too much whether or not it's going to happen. My philosophy is......it might not happen, but it is sure fun trying! I think sometimes we concentrate so much on the big O that we forget how good everything leading up to it feels too. Relax and have fun with it.

I have found that getting rest and restraining from release for 24 hrs prior helps a ton in getting a second round. Also, I have noticed that if the lady starts acting aroused, I will get aroused. Simple as starting up kissing and she starts that body moving against yours. Also, more direct stimulation works. I tend to have round one inside her because I can more easily get round two with BJ. Viagra and Cialis only help the blood flow to allow stronger erections which is why they both state that for them to work, you must be able to get aroused first.

Way too many physical and mental factors go into multi-pops as a gent's body ages. Below is what I have found (and may or may not apply to other males):

Aside from the environmental considerations (noise, distractions in the boudoir, "turn-offs" such as the partner's phone, knocks on the door, etc.; noxious odors, too many RW issues pressing on your mind)...

Gents need to know their own bodies and their daily (or time of day) "best times" and plan sessions accordingly. e.g., a "morning" guy shouldn't expect peak performance after a day at work.

"Warming up" slowly as the session starts can help in MSOGs; or perhaps just help achieve ultimate satisfaction in so far as "who cares if there is a second pop or not?"

Also, there are several physical training techniques (read Tantric) that can assist the body in maintaining functions. And some "mental" training, too.

On the physical side, keeping the urinary tract function well (ladies need to do this too) usually involves "kegel" exercises for men. e.g. stopping the flow of urine (best with first in the morning pee) by using the kegel muscle. Stop the flow at least 2 or 3 times in this a.m. practice. Strengthening the kegel helps females, obviously during sex, but also helps prevent older age incontinence.

Kegeling without urination is also recommended. Just sit in the chair during the day and kegel for a 15-30 seconds. Works wonders, too, when you are standing close behind a female in the elevator. (J/K, and best avoided unless she is your s.o. or g.f.!)

As to the mental...

Remember that true O's are in your brain (release of endorphins, much like a "runner's high") and not always accompanied by physical ejaculation (see karezza orgasms in Tantric applications). Karezzas can last as long as 10 or 15 minutes (with practice and with experience) and indeed, females can experience the same durations but extended O's are usually somewhat less "hot" than hard "peaks" will be.

The body and the mind need to be prepared for the "event" itself, meaning that anxiety and tenseness should be set aside (allow plenty of time for the session and pre-session jitters, if any, to subside) and don't expect "miracles" in either last minute sessions or in meeting new-to-you playmates or in expecting that "your" session can duplicate what you read in a "hot" review.

In my experience, if the female is well-prepped (she gets at least one O before the male starts in on his) she is more than willing to help the male boost his O levels. This is where the "warming up" process usually is best... lots of kissing, stroking, cuddling, spooning, etc. in which at least some of the clothing remains in place.... The hurried strip-to-the-skin approach doesn't offer much warm-up and unless the male is well equipped for multi-O's they usually won't happen. (Read between my lines: 15- and 30-minute sessions are usually not conducive to MSOGs.)

The Hobby should be more about having fun, not just about having MSOGs.

If I know a gentleman is desiring two "pops" in a session, I Like to start them out on their back. It usually doesn't take TOO much encouragement.

THEN, I have them turn over and enjoy a nice massage.

After the massage, they are pretty much relaxed and recovered. I'll have them turn to their back again and proceed with, well, you know...

It CAN be accomplished in an hour but I have found that an hour and a half usually works best for these situations.

If the provider is a real hottie, and puts a little passion into the session just thinking about what just happened with round 1 makes you ready for round 2. I actually booked a 30 minute session once and the girl was a true turn on, and the session was something unbelieveable. After I popped I went down to semi got dressed and left. I was on the way to the interstate just thinking how hot the provider was and how great the session just went, so I called her back asked if she had another session booked, which she did not, asked if she minded a second round and I went back and paid for a hour doing everything we did in the .5 hour session, just enjoying each step a little more.

I've recently have done much research and experimentation on this very subject. The guilty party is a hormone called Prolactin. At the time of ejaculation, this hormone is released which causes the dreaded "Refractory period". Basicaly it causes your prostate gland to sleep or recuperate. This period can be eliminated, or at least shortened. Yes there are prescripion Prolactin inhibitors that a doctor can prescribe, but they are expensive and have side effects. You can solve the problem yourself by using Ginko-Bilboa, Macuna Pruriens, or mega doses of vitamin E. These are all natural Prolactin inhibitors, plus they are all natural and have other health beefits besides.

Another key to strong and long lasting, and repeating erections/ejaculations is proper blood flow. Cardio, 30 minutes a day. Good erections, and you will live a longer healthier life as well. For all intrinsic purposes, the penis is essentialy a sponge. Provide a good flow of blood, and you have a nice full sponge!

Use it or lose it. Some guys are too proud to milk the python, but you can condition yourself to last as long or short as you want, plus go multiple times. Just make sure you don't go overboard on time duration. There are few women who want to be f----d for 4 hours straight non-stop, so I've been told.

Testosterone, the essence of manhood. The use of T-boosters will do for you what vigra, etc., does but they are healthier alternatives. Genseng, catuaba, yohimbe, tongkat, Tribulus, Rhodeola, and horny goat weed(epimedium). You can get these at ay vitain type sore. There cheap, and they have other positive health benefits besides making you horny as hell all the time. Plus, if you're into weight-lifting, you'll start notcing better gains, without the terrible side effects caused by steroids. Just make sure you rotate your use of siad herbs so you body doesn't acclimate and you get the plateau effect.

Check out a device called the "ball zinger". At the risk of sounding like a commercial, it does work, give it a few months.

Last but not least, as pointed out in an earlier thread, there is the desire factor. If she doesn't turn you on or do it for you, all the pills and tricks in the world are moot point.
