She is asking how for suggestions on making the client experience better in case you missed that. If she decides to share her space, it's none of your business. Why all the hostility? You seem to like to point out what everyone else is doing wrong and then later feel like people are picking on you.

From my point-of-view as a client, a private, non-shared incall is ideal; my hobby windows are very limited and it can be very frustrating to hear "I can't see you then, the incall is booked". I was actually going to put that in my previous response. But I know that can be a lot to ask, particularly if the provider is lower-volume - a dedicated incall may not make financial sense. I know some use their home/apartment as their incall, but that can escalate the risk and associated consequences for the provider. So, I think shared incalls are just a fact of the hobby for some, and they won't dissuade me from seeing someone I want to see.

And hey, if I happen to run into the "other" provider on my way in or out, that can be a good opportunity for both of us. Just don't let me run into the "other" provider's client, OK?

A lot is the location.

Not in Williamson County.

Easy to find the building and park. Too damn many apartment complexes have no label on the building or a label you can't see in the dark. Figure out how to guide the guy in with no fuss.

Easy to find the room. We don't want to have me wandering around trying to find the right stairwell or walkway. Or knocking on the right door. Some sort of discreet decoration or unique doormat would help.

For the first visit, have the guy call you and stay on the phone till he finds the door. Having him phone you at the door instead of knock also makes it easier to be sure you have the right door.

I don't want to feel the neighbors are all watching.

No stairs, or only a few stairs.

Other than that, not being a pig sty, and the two of us being the only ones there is the biggest things. Having the option of a couch is good.

At the funstation, it's good to have paper towels, supplies, and a trash can.

In the bathroom, paper towels, wet ones, disposable cups, trash can, and mouthwash.

Paper towels because I don't want to worry about whether it's been used before.

Wet ones for cleaning the more intimate areas. For your benefit, too. I wouldn't mind being wiped at the start of BBBJ. (I don't know how the wet ones taste, though.)

I'd like an easily visible clock. I try to always finish within my scheduled time, so it's good if I can check the time discreetly.

A nice clean shower with unscented soap, clean towels, and some mouth wash. Also a bed that doesn't look like your the 10th guy in for the day. Easy to find location. I'm not a real big fan of the hotel thing.
